Exceptional staff. When making the appointment for a cleaning and raising the possibility that I could be pregnant, they were very understanding and willing to review my prior xrays and postpone xrays. Another practice refused to see me for a cleaning without doing xrays immediately, regardless. I was ultimately able to get the xrays, but was very grateful they understood my initial concern when making the appointment.
After making the appointment, they promptly sent me the new patient forms to fill out at my leisure and save time in the office.
When I arrived I was greeted warmly and promptly roomed.
Dr. Brain was extremely thorough, very friendly, and explained everything throughout the exam.
The dental cleaning that followed was thorough and just as expected. The hygienist was very attune to my comfort and frequently checked if I was doing OK.
All in all one of the best experiences I’ve had in a dentists office.

BEST dentist and staff I have ever been to!!! All of the staff is kind and personable. Dr. Brain exceeds expectation and has a wonderful bedside manner. I live in pierce county and drive to federal way to be seen by this office. If you’re looking for a great dentist that doesn’t push unnecessary dental procedures but genuinely cares about your oral health become a patient here!!! Scheduling coordinator (Michaun sp?) is also amazing!!!

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Dr. Brain and his staff! They were recommended by a friend after a dentist I visited informed me I needed thousands of dollars in dental work; and this was after having regular check-​ups for years with no problem. The office is very friendly and helpful, making visiting the dentist a pleasant experience. The staff is gentle and have never recommended unnecessary procedures or expenses. I highly recommend Dr. Brain and his wonderful staff.

The office staff is amazing! Dr. Brain is gentle and has a great bedside manner. I’ve been going here since I was in elementary school (good with kids, btw) — so about 20 years now. I would highly reccommend this dentist.
