Excellent food! Love the teriyaki chicken sandwich and lunch special! Easily the best burger in federal way!!!

We eat here a few times a year. The other day we decided to have the fried shrimp. It was really good and they don’t skimp on the portions. Highly recommend it

Some things on their menu that don’t stick out but taste awesome:
— deep fried mushrooms
— deep fried zucchini (amazing with sauce)
— deep fried shrimp
— Salmon Burger (you feel great after eating it)
— Spicy Philly Cheesesteak (bomb)
Their burgers and shakes are good too. But try switching up once in awhile!

There were many issues that I had when I went to Han’s Burgers this week that make me not want to return. I don’t know how this place used to be, but I can assure you that they aren’t concerned with quality. My wife and I ended up ordering two burgers and a small fry, which took around twenty minutes to get. The part that was irritating about it, mainly, was that they were overcooking their burgers. You can see in the pictures from other people as well how burnt the burger was. They also ended up taking the fries out at least five to ten minutes before they finished the burger, so by the time they brought the burgers and fries out the fries were warm at best. There fries were also nothing special, they were crinkle fries that looked and tasted like anything you could have gotten from the frozen section in the store. The burgers were not only overcooked to the point of just tasting like char, but they used the cheapest cheeses and veggies. The food reminded us of school lunch.
This place isn’t as cheap as it might seem as well, when you look on their menu you see that they are charging twice as much as other people who cook their carnival kind of food. Somebody ordered while we were there two fish sandwiches (the guy didn’t ask for half pound fish sandwiches but they up-​sold him those) and two regular chocolate shakes and it came out to over 23 dollars. The fact that a shake was over four dollars, and all it ended up being was from one of those old school shake dispensers and what looked like possibly some malt.
If you go to their burger joint, just realize that you are spending top dollar (in the respect of the kind of food you are getting), for less than mediocre food that is cooked poorly and that you will probably be waiting a while for.

Great Prices, great burgers, but the fries are the best. They are fast. It is a decent neighborhood burger place, better then the drive thru’s. They have great specials.

Best burger joint I’ve been to HANDS DOWN! You will not regret coming here. Everything is fresh and made to order. The fries are always hot and never stale like some fast food places. Milkshakes are made with real ice cream also. I highly recommend this place!

Best burgers in Federal Way. I’d recommend the fried mushrooms and Teriyaki burger. Great family business, happy to support.

The burgers were over cooked and we were overcharged. The food was served hot but it wasn’t the dining experience we were looking for.

Burgers and fries here are my fav! The philly cheesesteak sandwich was decent but not worth $ 12 in my opinion. Fry sauce is the bomb, my fav thing ever! If the owners were friendlier I would’ve given 5 stars!

Hans is a great casual hamburger, fish and chips, philly sandwich place. Real ice cream shakes in a multitude of flavored. Even shrimp and salmon burgers are available and good. Food is always cooked fresh and their secret sauce is great. They do take out and have a few tables for eat in.

Gross. …he used old grease. on the burgers and fries… meat is a frozen paddy… no fresh ground beef. …over priced. My wife got sick from old grease!8.50 $ for a frozen paddy. …next time I’m going fat burger****

Walked in and checked out the menu. there were people in front of me so I waited. upon looking around I noticed that this place is really REALLY dirty. then I noticed a dead ROACH ON THE FLOOR.

Omg, customer service was horrific! Practically yelling at me, «no teriyaki sauce», told me read the burger explanation with her fingers and not one thank you… geeez…never going back! Pressure ordering my food because I was treated as if I should have the dang menu memorized.. As for the burger… thin! Not worth it, rather go burger king for less!!! Oh yes, hawaiian burger they just slapped on cold dole slice pineapple from can… please at least grill the dam thing!

Read some reviews and decided to try it out. I wasn’t really impressed. It was a good burger for the price, fresh veggies but I’m pretty sure it was a frozen burger patty and I noticed the cheese just sitting out on the counter, they slap it on your burger before they give it to you, not melted just sort of drooped over the meat, tasted very processed for a lack of a better word. The fries are nothing special. The service sucked, they got the order right and the food was done quickly (since we were the only ones in there) but since I read the reviews I honestly wasn’t expecting much. I might return, definitely not my first choice.

Awful burger, awful bun. Not sure how people love this place. Tasted just like Burger King to me. You’d do better going to Red Robin or a fast food joint.

The burgers are decent. The shakes and fries are good. Overall a decent menu. I would give them a 4 for the food, but their pricing is frustrating. They have a couple deals that are not bad, but if you want to alter or add they nickel and dime you. They charge for sauce, when you can sit down and eat and use all you want free. The fountain drink refills are not free. Their BBQ burger doesn’t come with an onion ring, and the owner is not willing to add one without selling a full order. I understand covering costs, but I can’t stand being nickel and dimed for stupid stuff.
The service is decent, however the owner always seems a bit grumpy. This place could be my go-​to burger joint, but it’s the little things that seem to always make me think twice when deciding where to eat.

For being an ice cream fan, and a secret fry sauce fan, Burger Hans stole my heart! With the delicious blackberry milkshake made with real blackberries and ice cream, to the delicious hand made fry sauce that beats any BK’s specialities. The burgers were good — there’s a combo with burger, fries, and a drink for only $ 4.99! I asked for a sub drink to be the milkshake for my combo, and along with my girlfriends combo with a normal soda, it was only $ 13 after tax! They are next to DQ and Subway so they must have to compete with the $ 5 meals… definitely a special place…
The refills for drinks cost extra, and the fries are in smaller portions, but it’s pretty good!

Best burger place in federal way. The family who owns and runs the place is great too.
Great prices on combo meals, handmade milkshakes with tons of flavors, and a large menu. They offer the traditional options as well as salmon burgers, veggie burgers, fried fish, teriyaki, and more.

Your typical burger fare. They have burgers, fish and chips, fires, onion rings, Jalapeño poppers, and even corn dogs. All cooked to order, and if you are like me they will make then «extra crunchy» on request.
The burgers not nothing to write home to mom about. However service is prompt and if you are looking for a quick and easy meal this is not a bad location.
