I bought a LG v10 from your store and it didn’t even have the stylo pen that came with the phone. I went to go see if I can return the phone which I had bought that day and you said I couldn’t return it but you never gave me all of the things that came with the phone. Plus the phone cost more than a brand new one from boost mobile with is ridiculous.

Brian was very helpful and welcoming. He greeted me as soon as I walked up to the counter and was very informative the whole way through. He even helped me with the process of selling my phone. I will definitely be coming back and when I do I will be asking for Brian.

This was only my second visit to this store but i will definitely come back again. I have been treated with kindness and courtesy both times.

I’ve been to this place a few times now. Each time I’ve been very lucky to have found what I’m looking for. With my job I miss a lot of shows & movies so it makes it very nice to be able to find those «lost episodes». Best part is getting the series so I can just watch from start to finish without the waiting. The people working at «CEX» have been really nice and helpful.

They need to take «sell for cash» off their windows unless they’re actually going to have cash in the store. Plus they don’t have a phone to call to check if they have cash or not so what is the point. Bogus. Will not return.

Excellent service wide variety of electronics, games and movies and super fair and honest with their trade in prices wish this company existed in the southeast or I’ll be moving back to you shortly

I went in to sell a headset and Brian was so awesome I went back in and sold a Xbox 360 i had laying around and some games, they gave me top dollar and a better deal than any pawn store I went to prior, thanks for the help Brian and masta! Will do business again, I was eyeing a few things: D

Great customer service! They definitely always give you a fair deal. The only place we ever trust to exchange or buy movie’s and games! Brian is awesome! He’s extremely helpful and informative. I would STRONGLY suggest avoiding Gamestop and just go to Cex!

Great place to shop and trade, Marcus is so nice I love shopping when he is working.

The staff is awesome. So nice, friendly and down to earth. I go here maybe once a month mostly for blu rays and tv seasons but they always have something new there. If you plan on trading games or gaming consoles, think twice before going to Gamestop. At Cex, they give you cash or trade in value and they’re not stingey! They seem to be hiring more and more people. For a store that just opened a few years ago in a shitty mall, they seem to be doing really well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn’t be surprised if more of these stores popped around more.

They have better trade in values then game stop, I have sold phones and have gotten a great price, I love the wide selection, as well as the great deals on consoles and accessories, I give them a five for having what I’m looking for at great low prices and the stuff actually works and having good deals on movies and kid DVDs for my young child. I love the location very convenient being down federal way. I’ve never had a bad experience and even when they’re busy when selling them something I can run any errands I need to and come back and everything is all set which is helpful.

Super good deal, they gave me more than what I originally thought I would get.
The camera not only came with the original box, charger, etc, but it also included some selfies from our lovely cashier. Lol

I’ve purchased plenty of games and movies from here and don’t think I’m ever going anywhere else again.
The employees deal with a lot of crazy people and some how manage to stay laid back and real.
They won’t buy your cracked screened electronics because they can’t sell your cracked screen electronics. Business 101 yo.
These review are from people angry because they couldn’t get cash quick enough for their crack.
Over all, the peeps here are majestic electronic mages. Respect them because they’re just doing their job.

I agree with Brian that there is an employee that always has an attitude but every other employee that has assisted me has always had a positive attitude, the deals are great! Especially when compared to other electronic stores, I recommend this place to everyone who is a movie fan or a gamer, i wouldn’t let one employee take away all the positive from the store.

I give the 1 Star only because I like the product, and would like to return if not for the deplorable service I received while visiting the store yesterday afternoon!
After having to wait for about 20 minutes while observing some really bad customer service such as yelling loudly for another employee, singing to music playing while helping customers and really paying no attention to customers that have had to wait longer than any should have to. Then the real fun began, as another employee and her service dog made their way from back room hugging other employees while we still wait to be helped. This employee motioned to me as to say she needed to pass in front of me, however she wasn’t passing through, rather she was standing in front of me so the other employee who just came on shift would ring up her purchases as me and 3 other patrons waited to be helped. During this time what appeared to be a young manager came out of back and also hugged employee standing in front of me.
After this employee had completed her purchases and left store I finally was being helped. No apologies for my extremely long wait or even just a friendly attitude. So at this point I calmly suggest to this employee that as far as I know it’s never been ok for an employee to cut in front of customers especially when they have had to wait as long as I have. She not only didn’t apologize or explain, she completely dismissed me by saying absolutely nothing! And continued to tell me about return policies. I then half heartily laughed and said again «You might want to consider this customer service thing I suggested» again she says nothing and acts as if I had said nothing. I then said «apparently this means nothing to you» still no reaction. I then urged the customer behind me in line to move up because if you leave a gap these employees like to cut in front of you.
Anyhow my first reaction to this store was Wow! Great prices for such current and good condition products. And even completed my purchase only because of really wanting what I had found.
However if I ever decide to come back to store and saw any 4 of the employees I did yesterday, I would walk out and urge friends and family to steer clear of this store.
