Christine Alexander

I love the bling on Christine Alexander’s clothes. The embellishments are on strong so I’ve never had a problem of losing any crystals from a Christine Alexander outfit.
This is the second time I’ve been to this store. To me, I’m like a kid at a candy store. I love the clothes but I always get the thermal, ¾ zip pull hoodie. However, they didn’t have any this time, they are only in spring so I have to keep that in mind. For me to find out, I had to walk around the store a couple of times to finally find a sales person. She didn’t even bother to look at their back stock or ask around. She just told me to come back in Spring.
So now I know where I’m going in Spring…

I have been to this store several times and have never had a problem with customer service. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. I enjoy shopping here and will continue to return. Love the clothes and the sales are fantastic!!!

Clothes great. These reviews are correct about customer service. Not sure why the bad attitude. I guess just stupid. Old and grumpy.

First off I have to say I LOVE the clothes from these guys. The product is fantastic and their guarantee that if you lose any of the bling from their garment they will replace the bling free can’t be beat. However they have a few sales clerks that could use some serious customer service training.
I took a friend there on 07÷09÷13. We arrived at 4:45 and we were going through their items and choosing fun garments to buy. My friend had around $ 300.00 of merchandise in her hands and I had $ 100+. At 5:30, their closing time, we were approached by a sales clerk saying they were closing and we would have to leave. What? Really? My friend asked if she could try on the items she had in her hands so she could make sure they fit before she bought them and was met with a frosty I guess so. My friend went and tried on one garment and decided that she didn’t want to bother the sales clerk by taking any more of her time. So she bought the 1 item she tried and left the rest. I on the other hand wasn’t as gracious. I have had a retail business and you do not treat customers that way so I put back every item I was going to buy.
Sales clerks, keep in mind there are people who come into your store after they get off work. Yes that’s puts it close to your closing time but they CHOSE YOUR to come to your store. Treat them with a little respect and offer them some customer service. Don’t run them off losing $$$ in sales and leaving a bad impression.
I agree with the other review, head for Portland if you want good customer service from Christine Alexander.

Store is clean and bright and inviting. Latte stand inside and chairs for the men to sit! The staff could take lessons on customer service from the staff working at the store at the Woodburn mall near Portland. Too bad since Christine Alexander is from here!
