In several ads, they posted the wrong phone # and address. I printed the add out even for proof. I sent them a message «I went to the address you gave and also called the # listed and your not there and the # is wrong. I’m interested in a laptop but your not too reliable.»
Their response «I am sorry but we are a business that has been same location for 2 years every other people can find our address from adds and our phone rings all day so sorry you aren’t able to dial a phone number or find a address but we are far from unreliable we provide top notch service and computers at affordable prices.»
I replied and said that I’d like to show the ad to them. Not to rub it in their face but so they could get the address and # correct.
Then came «No need, go shop elsewhere.
They’re close, on my way from work as a matter of fact so I’d like to do business so I called and explained and she denied everything.
But be wary of them.

I needed a basic laptop for taking online tests. Spoke with Eric over the phone and he was polite and courteous. Though they close at 6pm they stayed later to give me time to drive down after work (about 7pm). That was much appreciated.
The laptop seems fine and the price was fair. Windows 7 instead of the Windows 8 was a great aspect. I haven’t had a lot of time to get into the laptop but the lady at the store was nice to me and everything went fairly smoothly.
