The worst locksmith company i have ever dealt with. We had fallen into a tough spot my wife had locked her keys in her car with her phone and purse and we had no way of getting in. So we called the first lock smith in Federal Way that we could find. When we called we asked their dispatch what their rates are. The woman on dispatch said it was 25 to show up and 35 to start and stating that card is accepted. The technician showed up in an unmarked Saturn SL2 sedan and did his job then stated the job would cost us 165. We told him that we are going to pay with card he said no we prefer cash and offered to follow my wife alone to the atm for cash. When we resisted and said that his dispatch had specifically said they take card and will accept card he had the audacity to lie to our face and say it would take 30 minutes to process. He was trying to force us to give him cash claiming they charge him 15% to take card. Which is not a customer issue its a business problem. We called his dispatch back wanting clarity on the whole atm issue and she gave us the number to the manager he goes by Steve. He then decided that the price should be 215 which is a discounted weekend rate apparently after the technician told us 165. After much yelling and arguing he finally agreed to accept 140 on a card. The original method of purchase.

These guys are crooks! I was quoted $ 25 for them to come out and $ 35 for them to unlock my front door. When the locksmith saw the lock on my front door, he started complaining about how long it would take him and how it was professional grade. He immediately started quoting me different prices and demanding cash payment. I told him to at least try at the quoted price and if it was more difficult to charge me the higher price. He had my door unlocked within seconds and stated that it would be $ 131 and he kept trying to get me to pay cash. His behavior was very suspicious. I will definitely file a complaint with the BBB.

When I called they stated starting price is around $ 45. My actual total came out to $ 140.

This place is awful. They just charged me $ 240 to open my front door. It took him 20 seconds to open it. When we asked for a customer service number they gave us an 800 number to a cruise line. Something isn’t right, and we are going to the BBB, and we might«get Jesse». I have never heard of charging that much to unlock a door.
