What other reviews state is true. I ordered a year’s subscription of weekend papers since I am an avid couponer. I had to complain to Paypal because the paper company was not giving us our papers at all. I waited 2 months but no delivery started. After the dispute they started delivering. I won’t be going with them again. They are horrible to deal with and for such a small area they need to get themselves together.

The paper itself is a fairly decent local paper, with articles mostly relating to local politics or human interest stories. However, their circulation department is horrible to deal with.
I’ve been a regular subscriber for a few years, but in August stopped receiving the paper despite the fact that I had several months left on the subscription. I’ve tried complaining, but rarely can get someone to answer the phone. Messages left on voice mail go unreturned and complaining via their web form is useless as well. The two times I’ve actually gotten ahold of someone, I was assured that they would take care of the problem. No dice. I’ve attempted to complain probably a dozen times over the last 3 – 4 months, and at this point have just given up.
It’s really too bad, because I enjoyed reading the paper itself. The ironic thing is that I’ve heard that some people receive unwanted copies of this newspaper without a subscription, and I can’t get it delivered even though I’ve paid.
