Really great service was given when I was here on 1⁄23. Interacted with four different guys working. All were friendly and no one pressured me into anything I didn’t want or need.
In and out for a full service oil change and new filter in 20 minutes, and all three bays were full when I arrived. Did an excellent job vacuuming and cleaning the windows.
Got a big, «Happy Easter if we don’t see you before then!» as I was leaving.
I had been here before a few years ago and received great service then too.

I’ve been going here for a few years now, this place is great they tell you what is recommended but don’t pressure you. my mom says there’s a special place in hell for mechanics (I’m a mechanic lol) I don’t think these guys will end up there.

This place has unbelievable service. I took my car in for an oil change last week. This week I noticed my car was leaking oil in my driveway and my check oil light was on. I took my car back in and was greeted outside by the area regional manager. He apologized and said I might have a bad filter. He quickly took my keys, did a new oil change and found a bad filter. Done in 15 mins. Here is the kicker– he also asked what time can he come by my house tomorrow to get «his oil» out of my driveway! Impressive! I think I found a local car shop that goes above and beyond, a rarity these day.

There are not many oil change stations that has 11.5ft. clearance that’s why I always bring my truck here for oil change. In addition, they check air pressure, top up fluids, etc. Great service, I will be back!

Sneaky people… Brought my mom here, oil change was supposed to be 30 $. She stayed there and I left. They somehow tricked her into thinking the oil change cost 100 $. She brought the receipt home and it says she paid for a full service which was 50 $, and an oil change which was 50 $.
Note:Don’t send your mom or grandparents here.

Got a oil change, super fast & easy. Also found a 12 $ off coupon from valpak. They have great customer service, I was even offered a cold drink while waiting. Usually when I go to jiffy lube I have to order a part for my car & here I didn’t need to so I was able to go right in!

I have been here multiple times for an oil change. I would say 4x (every 3 months for the past year) so every time I would leave, there was always an issue. Them leaving me a quart short, them not tightening my gasket causing a major leak in my power steering fluid, them not tightening a hose that runs to my engine, and oh even not changing my oil!!! So needless to say, we are never going back to a grease monkey ever again.

The guys here are good at explaining what they are doing. My car is taking a little longer because they have to wait for the parts to be delivered. Spark plugs, leaking coolent line. But I have been watching oil changes in & out in 15 — 20 minutes. As a women I hate going to car shops. I feel comfortable coming here.

I had a terrible brake issue with the brake light on and no pressure. They let me have it towed to the shop but it was already around 4 pm that afternoon. I needed a completely new front brake system and rear rotors and pads. I almost expected them to keep it over night, but they completed it same day!
They were able to find parts at several different suppliers around town and picked them all up in an elaborate milk run. Their mechanic even stayed late after closing, even though he didn’t have to, and finished the job. It was done right and I was amazed to have the car back for that evening.
There was no nonsense, they kept me completely informed on their progress, and I will definitely be coming back again.

Oil change, brake service, etc, these guys might not do a lot but what they do, they do it right. I come here at least once a month and I’m always attended to as soon as I pull up rather if it’s slow or they have a long line of cars waiting. One employee even recommended me the cheaper windshield wipers because he told me that their «best quality» wipers were having defects as of lately. It’s not just business here, it’s culture as well. keep up the good work.

I always hate going anywhere to get anything done to my truck, normally people make fun of me for driving around in a little pink Chevy s10 or they try to talk to me like I’m stupid and unknowledgeable about cars. These guys (and girl) were outstanding, I have never felt better about paying to service my truck. I’ll always bring my truck back here whenever there is a service needed or something breaks. Thanks everyone!

They offer a lot more than just an oil change so it’s nice to knock it out in one quick stop.
There is always a coupon too.

Grease monkey did a wonderful job on my car this weekend. Full service in under 20 minutes on a saturday wow super fast and the full service (windows, vacum, tires,…) oil changes are at 41.00 plus 3.00 addition qt. Shaun and his manager curtis are great. Hurry do not go to jiffy Lube and wait a hour or more. Go to a Family owned and operated GREASE MONKEY. I will be back with my other 2 cars soon.

I went today to Grease Monkey, this being my go to place for my oil changes and being a woman, I never feel taken advantage of. I had the best service (pretty sure the owner was there as well) but they took excellent care of me as always and with having 2 kiddos waiting with me, it was super speedy! I’ll be back as usual in 3000 miles :) If that was indeed the owner, he was so sweet, helped carry my baby’s car seat into my car as well as giving my daughter some treats and not to mention comping what Discount Tire would have done for me. Thanks again!

Great place to get service done. Guys like Aric are the reason I keep coming back. Top notch customer service. You get every bit of what you pay for at this shop.
Speaking of Aric… Where the hell has he been the last couple times I’ve been there?! The guys that are left behind are good but could still learn a few things about customer service.

If you ever want to feel robbed, go to Grease Monkey. This place is ridiculous and the employees that work there are thieves.
01÷07÷15 UPDATE: After explaining the situation and talking with the owner to sort things out I feel it is only fair I update this review and change my rating to not only reflect the shop practices but also the customer service. Long story short, Shawn went out of his way to make the situation right concerning the incident between me and one of the technicians, he even offered my money back. Any business that makes an effort to regain customers trust and support is fine by me. I’ll be sure I revisit Grease Monkey and post another review based on the service alone.

Always so friendly and usually pretty fast. Our go-​to for oil changes and the occasional serpentine belt…
Promised me 20 minutes and had it done in 17. Time and time again I witness them meticulously perform the inspections they say they do and then take time to explain their findings to customers.
