Do not file your taxes here!
Neither of the two people it took to file my taxes had a clue how to use the computer program they are «trained» to use. I am still very unconfident that my taxes were filed properly. They literally had no clue what they were doing.
Nearly a month went by with no refund. Called to inquire as to where my refund was and the receptionist was very rude. I had to convince them to check on my account. Was informed that there was an error with their system and my taxes were never even filed!
Spoke with the franchise owner to find out why my taxes were never filed. Essentially I paid for a service that I never received. Franchise owner seemed genuine at first to resolve the issue. Five days went by before he was able to tell me that the issue was resolved. He was not able to provide me with an explanation and only offered to cover half of the fee for the services (or lack thereof) provided.
Do not file your taxes here unless you enjoy being ripped off and treated very poorly!
