Not good at all. I expected great food with my friends but food was lukewarm and no flavor. I asked the waitress why fry chicken was cold instead hot, she did not say anything I wasted my money. We won’t go there again although like interior design.

Worst place ever. Rude employees. Even the cashier has an attitude. Do not even bother to go there at all.

Overpriced, Stale Flavorless food. Was the only patron In the restaurant and still had to wait for a drink refill for over ten minutes. Almost $ 20 a plate per person for food that was ten times worse than old country buffet. Avoid this restaurant if you don’t want to taste nasty food

I was so very disappointed with this Buffett for the price we paid 70 $ for 4 people and it did not include soda just water. Dessert was stale and there was no ice cream bar. Also the orange chicken was mostly breading. Do not waste your money for the quality of food and price I expected more options and better quality save your money…

Not that great, even during the grand opening the food was borderline warm and cold. Taste wise didn’t stand out too much. I knew I should gone inside the Korean grocery store next door and ate there.

The girl at the front register was rude. The food was not good or fresh. The price was too high. Hibachi in Auburn is WAY better. I will not return to this restaurant.

Food was okay. Ordering process was slightly confusing. You pay first at the door. Korean items were good. Scary that a lot of the hot food items were lukewarm at best.

I have to say, for a buffet, it was pretty good. Everything had great flavor, very clean, great variety in food, and quick service that took your plates away by the time you’re back with a new dish. We went for Saturday lunch. They served sushi(good quality for a buffet), steaks that they’ll cook for you, chicken wings were the best, baked salmon, noodles, dumplings, Korean side dishes, crabs, crawfish, mussels, clams, Bryers ice cream, etc. No pictures since I went right to eating. Go here on an empty stomach to try everything. I left the place quite surprised to find a good buffet place and satisfied.

Came in looking for sushi, there wasn’t any just a few sketchy pieces that looked like it was sitting for hours. Bad selection and not worth the money! Would not come back here!

We ate at Hibachi Buffet in Auburn last week and I would score it an 8. We went to Hokkai Buffet today and I thought it was the same thing. Not hardly, food wasn’t either warm enough or cols enough. State food inspector needs to come through here. While I was getting food one of the servers walking around the food dropped her cleaning cloth on the floor and then right in front of me starts wiping off the food service area. I told her to stop but she doesn’t understand English. Then she goes over to the kitchen and picks up more fresh food with the same dirty cloth to hold onto the food trays. I asked 2 servers for someone who speaks English but out of 4 of them, non spoke English. I asked again for someone who spoke English and finally told someone but I don’t think she did a thing about it. The have a freezer with 8 ea 5 gallon tubs of Dryers ice cream for self serve. All 8 of them were 98% empty and you could maybe get a scoop or 2 with a lot of work. This place SUCKS. I would never come here again. I’m calling the state food inspector Monday.

The food here is just ok. I thought it was weird that the sign said they had Korean food when they only had a few side dishes. I would not consider that as having Korean food. The have a small sushi section, but the majority of food is Chinese. My mom had a 25% coupon, and she was buying. I wouldn’t come back here on my own. A good thing is that the servers clear your used plates off the table quickly.

We came with a 25% off coupon and the cashier gave us the discount on top of 2 senior citizen prices(which they don’t normally do). We went around 5pm on Easter and they constantly brought out new, hot food. They have a good selection of seafood and their Korean spicy squid was delicious. Also, they have 8 flavors of ice cream which is rare at buffets because usually it’s just chocolate, vanilla, or swirl. Overall, the food and service was good! Also, the bathrooms were clean and the employees cleaned around the food trays frequently.

Food was okay, but service was horrible. Waitress was in a hurry to get us out and was very rude. The restrooms were really disgusting and smelled horrible and cleaning supplies everywhere. Food like I said was okay, regular chinese buffet food, but would not come back due to the service. This used to be the grand buffet before but under new owners.

Worst food I’ve eaten in a few years and I am not exaggerating. When you first walk in the smell of stale cooking oil hits you and you see the food and everything is fried, overcooked, limp, and old. Not sure about the Chinese food but the Korean food is a joke. It’s cheap enough though.

Grand opening? Should of stayed closed. Sign said they’re open til 9:30 so me and my kid went in(8:30) I double checked with the cashier and she said they are open til 9:30. So when they tell you that a buffet is open til 9:30, you would assume they keep bringing food out until then or at least until 9:15. We grabbed our first plate of food with what was left, assuming they’ll bring out things that were missing. Like crab legs, crawfish, sushi and etc. Things that alot people go to buffets for. So finally I ask, and the lady tells me they stop bringing out food at 8:30! Wouldn’t it be at least a common courtesy to tell me that when I paid at the door? That the only food that will be available are the picked leftovers that was cooked at 4:00 pm when dinner started? I was extremely pissed but kept it together because of my son. Not much more to say. Even IF their food is great, I will not be coming back to this place because of their business practices. Oh, forgot to add, the employees were cooking fresh food for themselves at the mongolian grill station that wasn’t open to paying customers anymore.

This place has only been open for a couple of weeks and it took over a previous buffet so I’m not sure that many people know about it. My family decided to check it out because it advertises itself as an American/Chinese/Korean buffet and we were intrigued. It was a Sunday so they were featuring dinner all day for $ 14.99 but since they were offering a grand opening price, we got in for about $ 11/person. I’ll give them a small break and try them again once they’ve got their system worked out but I wasn’t impressed with my visit. The food wasn’t turning over very frequently so it sat in the counters getting old. The sushi counter looked like it had potential, but again, because there weren’t many customers, the pickins were slim; I only knew they had other offerings because the man behind the counter asked if I wanted sashimi. The plus was their offering of Korean dishes: japchae, spicy pork BBQ, spicy soup, and other dishes. But if you’re coming solely for Korean food, you have plenty of restaurants to choose from in Federal Way. However, it was nice to have that kind of variety at a buffet. Service was really good too and they offer refillable hot tea for $ 1/table. I won’t write them off quite yet but they better step their game up.
