I called to make an appointment, leaving a voice message. Maimouna promptly returned my call and discussed my needs. She stated that she would call me 1 hour before finishing up with the client scheduled before me in order to give me time to make the appointment.
I never received a call back on the scheduled day. I called Maimouna and left a voice message with a response from her an hour later. She informed me that all appointments had been canceled for the day, that she didn’t think to call me. She did not rescheduled either or apologize. To me that is very unprofessional and I will not be doing business with Kundigi African Hair Braiding, as the owner does not value my business.
