My family and I have been a grandfathered customer from when this restaurant first opened at their old location. Although many cooks and owners have come and gone. The current family that owns it are great! They are friendly and the food is still great in taste. We even had them cater our sons’s first birthday! We ordered over 10 entrees! Their food was a hit most especially their sisig! Their sisig is the closest thing we found in WA that is something like from the homeland. We also love their sinigang, the meat is always so tender and full of flavor! The location and on busy days the parking is a hassle this, I can only suggest to come here before lunch hour!

This little place is kind of hidden off of pacific avenue and 336th. It is located on the backside of the business building with uphill parking. It has limited seating area, and it was pretty busy when I was in there. All of the tables were fill with customer. It had the feeling of a panda express with limited Filipino dishes. You tell them what you would like in a 2 or 3 item combo that comes with fried rice or regular rice and a choice of 10 – 12 items. If you’re eating there, you pay for your meal after you finish eating. The owners of this establishment are really nice and they strive for customers service. The food itself was okay. The pork adobo was plain, the fried ground beef in sauce was great, and the chicken was good. Overall just a ok experience.

I really wanted to give them 3 and ½ stars but I rounded up because the owners are super friendly. I have had the adobo, sinigang, lumpia, sisig and dinuguan. Everything was yummy except their sisig and I LOVE sisig. So I was pretty disappointed. Yes I’m white, however my husband is filipino and we do travel to the Philippines often. So I feel like I’m a pretty good judge of what good filipino food should taste like. The lumpia was not traditional from what I have tasted but was super crispy yet not burned. They also serve goat which is pretty awesome too.

Food is alright. I’m afraid some tasted like it was from the previous day(kind of like leftovers and then reheated up). Portions are a little on the small side so you’ll have to really drop some cash for a full meal.

This restaurant was a pleasure to find. The food is fantastic(my favorite is the sinigang – a tamarind-based sour soup) and the staff are incredibly friendly. I even got tips on preparing Filipino food at home. Highly recommend!

Me and my family drove about one hour plus traffic took us 2 hour knowing maybe this place got pinoy food and because the name is Sari-Sari Store should be able to grocery a lot of stuff. But when we arrive there yeah there is food that they sell and you can sit down and eat. But on the left corner there some shelves and display like boy bawang etc. that is about it. I was disappointed knowing if your store are saying Sari-Sari store should you have been a small store also like you can grocery a lot of pinoy items but NO nothing so is not worth driving there if you live far away.

I was so happy when I found this place just minutes away from where I live! My mom moved to Texas 4 years ago and whenever I’m missing some delicious Filipino food I stop on in and get some. I love how they put the menu up on their website so I can see what is the best days for me to come in. Very friendly staff!

Wife and I are lumpia fiends and this is one of our staples whenever we are in Federal Way. Haven’t really ventured out to try anything else yet, except for the Pancit, once, but we love their lumpia. We have tried many variations at almost every South end place that offers lumpia and this, by far, is the best. Each one is packed with flavor and perfectly fried. They keep it pretty basic with ground beef, carrots and loads of garlic. The sauce they serve with it, a sweet chili sauce, is obviously Mae Ploy, but it might fool the uninitiated. The ambiance is quite unique, but we always just pop in to grab some lumpia and go.

Authentic Fillipino cuisine made with love in Federal Way. The owner, Angie, uses only the freshest ingredients available. This means if something is not fresh that day, she won’t make it. This is home style Fillipino food with classics such as adobo, pancit, lumpia, blood meat and goat. Their goat is exceptional, probably the best I have ever had anywhere and I have eaten goat in 10 countries. What’s most impressive about Manila’s Pride is their food is so reasonably priced. You can get a fresh whole pan fried talapia with side dish and rice for less than five bucks! Wow! Desserts are made fresh daily and are the store’s best kept secret. Pan de sal, leche flan, tambo tambo and maja blanca are just a few of their house made delights. You will always be able to buy Goldilocks products here because the store made desserts always outsell the Goldilocks products! Manila’s Pride excels in the catering department as well. When you order, they want to know your exact pick up time because they will make your food to coincide with your pick up time. This guarantees the food will be as fresh as possible. The attention to detail is what separates this place apart from the rest.

I work with a lot of Philipine women, so I got exposed to the cuisine at potlucks and such. Now, I can’t expect a potluck everyday, so when I heard about this restaurant, I had to try it out. From the outside, you may not know you’ve arrived, as it is kind of hidden off of the road, and the front door is covered in a bamboo screen that obscures it. Inside, you are greeted by delicious aromas from the restaurant side, while your sight is looking at what is basically a small grocery store(specializing in Filipino foods; the Boy Bawang corn nuts are fantastic!). They offer both sit down and take out food. The server was super friendly, and gave me samples of much of the food displayed. They offer a plate special, 2 or 3 entrees and rice, for under 8 bucks. The pancit was delicious, as was the lumpia. There was also a pork dish, which I’ve forgotten the name, which provided a nice topping for the steamed rice. I am definitely looking forward to my next trip here. SO… Staff — A++ Food — B+ Atmosphere — B

First of all let me start out saying my step-mom Angie Casanova and step-Uncle Romy Casanova run the place… so I am unable to write an unbiased view maybe in some peoples’ eyes. That said, this place is famous around here for the great Authentic Filipino food. My two favorites are the Chicken Pancit & leche flan. I also love pork Menudo and lumpia. This is a family run business and everyone is super friendly.
