Matt and his crew do an awesome job! They have replaced my water heater, installed a kitchen faucet I thought I could do myself, installed an cold water faucet outside my garage so I could wash my car and repaired my dishwasher that leaks water every time it runs. His crew is always professional and easy to work with. They have always shown up early which seems so rare these days and get the work done at great prices. They are definitely my go — to crew when it comes to any plumbing job.

There are services that are hard to find because by the very nature of the work you never really know if you’re getting what you’re paying for. I’m talking car mechanics, dentists and plumbers. Well, if you want a great, honest plumber call Matt the Plumber. I used him and his assistant Ted on Thursday, January 16, and they were very good. They were in and out, didn’t waste time running up the bill and were very knowledgeable and friendly. I will use them again. And they’re local, here in Federal Way.

Great experience. Had them instal a water cooler/​dispenser the the lobby of my dental office. They sent out one man his name was Chris and he was very quick and thorough. We’ll definitely be calling them with any future plumbing jobs.

Reliable, efficient and very fair priced. Good work as stated in his detailed quotes, plus he does what you ask and what he says on-​time, within budget and hassle-​free. Definitely my plumber of choice. water heater, bath tub and toilet removal and installs and more! The kind of person you can’t go wrong with.

Matt and his team are great — fast, courteous and clean! They installed two toilets for me that I had purchased and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. Everything works like a charm and the time involved was less than expected and way, way less money than most other plumbers I have used in the past.
I would heartily recommend Matt the Plumber and his crew for any plumbing work. They also bid two other jobs for me and gave me a detailed, itemized bid on the spot — something that three other plumbers I called failed to do.
