Dr. Ory does not care about his patients. A mother’s concerns is brushed off as not a big deal. He misdiagnosed my daughters ear infection. A couple hours later I took her into Seattle Children’s and they confirmed the ear infection. Not happy with this Physician at all.
Nursing hotline takes FOREVER to get thru.
Have to wait longer in the rooms.
Does not provide evidence based research data when asked for it.

Been going here 10 years now. It’s always a lot of work to get in. I leave messages on the machine so they can call me back to schedule appointments. Sometimes they call back. Other times I try again. The nurses and dr are fantastic. Every time I wonder if it’s worth this annual hassle. When illness comes up I go to urgent care and don’t bother with the office.

I called the office to see if they were accepting new patients and they were so I set up appointments for my kids (aged 1 and 3) to get seen there and to get up to date on vaccinations. I was told that I could not schedule appointments for the kids on the same day because it was against office policy. I had to set up one appointment on Tues one week then come back the following week for the other appointment.
When we walked into the office there was already another parent there in full argument with the front desk lady who was less than enthused about trying to help her. The lady gave her the situation but rather than try to work with her, the front desk lady seemed more interested in telling her what office policy was.
I was late for the appointment today by about 15 minutes which I take full responsibility for. I asked if we could still be seen knowing we are late, they called back to the doctor and we sat and waited for the answer. 10 minutes later we were told that we were too late for the appointment and could not be seen today. Before I could ask if we could just reschedule, they she told us that in order to continue being seen there we would have to write them a letter explaining why we were late and they would review it. Also because we had another appointment next week for my other child, they have to cancel that as well. They said the reason they require the letter is because they are too busy.
The error in their logic is that they are accepting new patients and then complain that they are too busy. Even with a doctors office full of doctors they are not flexible with parents and their policies seem like they were put in place to not inconvenience the people who work at the office rather than to help patients. I will never go there again and also recommend that if you do, be very careful and don’t expect them to do anything that could possibly inconvenience them because it’s against office policy.

Great pediatric office, The drs listen, they’re all friendly and welcoming. making appointments isn’t a hassle, the nurses are very friendly and the receptionist are welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns. the waiting room is clean, It’s a great place.
Finding a dr for your child isn’t the easiest task and I got extremely lucky with this office.
