Planned Parenthood

I have never been so grateful for this amazing and wonderful center! I had nothing but a positive experience at this location. I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Patty at the reception desk. I went into Planned Parenthood for more information about the implant option of birthcontrol. When I decided to go with the implant, I called my health insurance to ask how much they would cover. After a really frustrating chat, turns out that they wouldn’t cover ANYTHING. I went back to the center to cancel my appointment when Patty stopped me as I was going to leave and had me sit down for a moment. She called me up and told me that the center was willing to pay for the implant. As soon as she told me, teas just started coming out. I will never forget my incredible experience with this center. Patty helped me receive the help I needed when my own insurance wouldn’t help. To Patty, thank you so much. You have no idea how much your help meant to me! THANK YOU!

I took my daughter there and it was a great experience. they talked with her and made sure she understood everything they were saying. The staff was excellent and caring. I will be bring her back to them!

The staff is very friendly. They always took the Time to explain what is going on, payment options and so on. The office is clean. They always saw us right away, we never had to wait more than ten minutes, we were in and out which was nice. I highly recommend this place.

We had nothing but positive experiences at Federal Way planned parenthood. The location is very clean. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. My husband had Deb as his nurse and Pam as his doctor and was very well taken care of.

When I walked into the office I was not greeted, rather a gruff voice on the other side of the wall telling me to walk over. Not a hello, or good afternoon, just do you have an appointment followed by the staff trying to find out how to get me out of my health plan. The only saving grace was a nurse who had a pleasant disposition and seemed actually happy to be there and doing her job.
I ask her a lot of questions, she answers all that she could, but directs me to inquire with the doctor. Feeling hopeful about the nursing staff, maybe the doctor would be just as pleasant. Oh how wrong I was.
She was nice enough, but as soon as I asked her about a more permanent form of birth control you would have thought I asked her how I could field punt a fetus.
I only ask for professional answers to my questions instead I was met with NO NOT UNTIL YOU TURN 30, I am currently 29.
Really I don’t have experience to make that decision in my life right now? Oh you said that the entire medical community will not allow me to?
I asked when I could have a consultation since I turn 30 this year, she says on my birthday.
I am disgusted with this office, had I known the level of service I would receive here I would have gone some where else.
Shame on you PP. I expected so much more.

i love this Planned Parenthood. The staff are very efficient with their time, i have hardly ever waited for more than 5 minutes in the waiting area. They have an amazing staff, that is very kind and very professional. The building itself is very clean and nicely kept up. I celebrate the fact that in the country we have the right to choose Birth control & have control of our own bodies in this manner. It is a luxury not all countries can boast of. Please support your Planned Parenthood in any way you can. Give an $ 5 – 10 at the end of your visit when they ask for donation. They are truly a worthy Not for Profit. They stand up for my rights as a woman, therefore i will stand up for theirs!
