RnD Window & Gutter Cleaning

RnD was recommended to me by my homeowners association in Lakeland to clean gutters/​siding/​windows. Since my HOA recommended RnD I did some price and quality comparisons to make sure they didn’t just pay to be the recommended vendor. After reading the reviews on this site and another I felt confident of their work and their prices were reasonable. I was able to quickly and easily get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment about 10 days later. Torrey did an excellent job cleaning the siding and gutters on my house. There was caked on grime on most the siding due to the house sitting empty for a few years before I purchased the home. Torrey also did a great job on cleaning up after himself and I think my yard was cleaner after he left than before he arrived. I would gladly recommend RnD to anyone looking to clean up the outside of their house. I definitely will use their services again.

RnD did an EXCELLENT job cleaning our windows on our 3000sqft custom home. Although we had more than the usual amount of windows for our size home, Robert honored the quoted price. After doing quite a bit of research considering cost and quality we chose RnD to come out and clean our roof and gutters this past fall. At that time we were very impressed with their quality of customer service and the quality of their work! Not to mention we felt their pricing was very reasonable.
Fast forward to the present and we realized it was time to have our windows washed. I started out on a process of research to find the best quality and cost and was again brought back to RnD.
Without a doubt I would recommend them for window washing, roof cleaning & gutter cleaning. They not only do an outstanding job for a very reasonable price but they also offer outstanding customer service. Every person we have dealt with has been friendly and pleasant; they promptly respond to emails/​phone calls and happily answer any questions we have. We will definitely use them in the future!
