Super Jump Seattle

We wanted to take our boys to play here but being there is no information online (and you can’t reach anyone by calling, just a machine) we drove to the business to find out more. I was told socks were required (ok, understandable), but they were out of size small but that I could go to Walmart to get some. What?! It was $ 7.50/per child for 90 minutes. I was appalled at the worker’s attitude and suffice to say, we won’t be taking our kids here.

Super Jump Seattle is by far the best experience I have had in a while. I myself am in the entertainment business there for I hold very high standards. Super Jump Seattle was reliable, affordable, and on time. The equipment was clean and set up quickly and picked up in perfect time. If you are looking for a great time these guys will surely be the ones to make that happen… Super Jump will be my only one I go to for all my future events… Josh

I just received a check for a complete refund from Eduardo. I am changing the review to 3 stars as this makes me feel that the company and its owners believe in doing the right thing and that this was hopefully an aberration.
If you do decide to rent an inflatable from this or any other company, I would recommend having an adult right next to the inflatable at all times.

I had also sent an email to Eduardo S and heard back today. He apologized profusely for this and has promised a full refund. I am hopeful and will be sure to update the review if that happens.

I had rented a Spongebob bounce house from this company for my 3 year old son’s birthday.
The bounce house collapsed just when the kids started using it. Thankfully, I was there with another parent and we got the kids out just in time before the inflatable collapsed on them. I have attached an image for those who want to see what the collapsed bounce house looked like. I do not want to imagine what could have happened to the kids had we not been there and got them out in time. I called them multiple times on the owner’s cell phone but there was no response.
They had already taken the check after installation so i had to ask for a refund.
When I asked for a refund, the owner said he would refund $ 48 (of the total $ 148) immediately and would refund an additional 25 if he found something faulty with the inflatable bounce house. He said that my call went in only at around 4:30 which was about half way into the rental time so he could not refund more. As a side note, I had them set it up at 1 pm (a good 3 hours before the party started) just so i had one less thing to worry about last minute which is what most of us would probably do i guess when organizing a party at home.
I asked him to think about refunding in full just because of the safety hazard it caused to the kids and while he sounded understanding, he did nothing. The party was on 6/​29, the check i gave them was promptly deposited on ⁷⁄₁. I still have no refund from them. I expected better.

This company deserves more than a 5 star rating, I will refer out and rent from again. Much cheaper than others, the delivery was VERY cheap to Spanaway. Quick set up, great customer service on time for delivery and pick up. Thank you so much my children and the adults enjoyed their self.
