Target

Horrible service especially from the manager on duty working around 3pm on Sunday feb 7, 2016. She was rude and blamed me for her employees lack of knowledge. No resolution to our problem, no apology from her whatsoever. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE decision is making her manage the customer service department. Put her in the back away from customers because she clearly lacks common sense and respect for customers.

I loved going to Target, but lately during the holiday season I’ve had the worst customer service! I have always gone to the nice asian ladies, but since the lines are long the other cashiers just have no respect! One told me his lane was closed after being in line for 5 minutes then I had to look for another line to go to and when someone opened up I went in quickly put just a few things down and got stopped by a manager or lead saying she already directed a few customers to that line. Like what am I? Not a customer?! I live in Federal Way and I always go to this Target, but just having such bad customer service makes me want to go else where or just stick the respectful ladies.

My son has a birthday in middle of November and recieved a present in the mail that he already had with no gift reciept and I tried to return it to target and they would not accept it because there was no gift reciept for a birthday present. I can not make someone include a gift receipt in a package that was sent to my house. Really the same toy someone in my family got him and sent it to us was nice but your employees were cold and were sorry. I will never shop at target again and would be glad to pay a higher price at another store even if it is not Target. This is horrible customer service. I really wish that I could go to a store that is right down the street instead of having to drive 30 minities to the nearest toy r us to get his presents for him. I am disappointed by your policy and I have exchanged something a week ago at this same store without any problems. Why when I am not lying after we opened a package and noticed we had the same thing and decided to take it back to a place we go at least 3 times a week to shop and did not care and said no returns without a receipet till after the holiday season. It is not even Thanksgiving or Black Friday. Why would I want to go back to a place that does not cae about the individuals who are coming into the store. I feel like you do not care if you leave someone who loved your store and I will never again go to the Target at Federal Way. THank you for having the worst return policy. If I knew that Nordstrom had this toy I know I could of returned it without a recept. Thank you for making your customers feel like dog poop. I would give them no stars if I could

Love this target because it’s so close to my house. It’s convenient and it practically has everything you might need. The cartwheel app is also a major bonus. They have employees scattered everywhere so don’t be shy to ask for help. I enjoy their seasonal products the most located mainly in the back of the store.

This location is nice.average. never had a poor experience. Target has the cutest most adorable little boys clothing… even the little girls dept is cute. Great baby section too. Good place to register for a baby shower. The best target to shop… the downtown seattle location. So much fun!

Target at the commons is my main store since it’s only a couple mins drive from my house. The employees are generally nice and helpful when you need it. Target is like the upper class Walmart lol. They have everything you need! But I wouldn’t go grocery shopping here… You would be better off at H Mart for that. Great thing about this store is the Cartwheel app, you just scan an item’s barcode and the app will tell you if there’s a discount! Btw, if you’re a frequent target shopper, getting a red card is so worth it. Even if you only get 5% off, you’ll be surprised with how much you could save in the long run! Overall, great store! (And not to mention, the clothes are ACTUALLY cute and a bit pricey!)

My regular trips to target are nothing special, but the guy Nick who rang me up asked me how my day was going and actually seemed sincere about it. Even if he wasn’t, little things like that make shopping experiences better. I wish more employees were like that!

I like Target, but my recent experience wasn’t the best and I’m reconsidering shopping there again.
The location has changed since the Commons Mall expanded and Target got pushed further west. Parking is now more of a challenge and further away from the entrance.
Disappointed to see greeting cards sold with profanity here. I’ll be writing the corporate offices about this.
I’m a plus size woman, and the clothing selection is barely anything and pretty ugly. I looked at the watches, and besides the chunk of Timexes and Casios and children’s watches, there was nothing available.
There weren’t any shoes that I liked either. They were all high heeled sandals, cheap flip flops or butt ugly flats.
I bought some earrings that were under lock and key, and when I asked for help, someone came over quickly but called another person. She arrived after a few minutes and told me I could get the earrings at cashier stand #6. When I was done shopping, no one was working at that stand, so I was looking around for an employee. I asked another cashier to call someone and they figured out that the earrings were with another cashier.
When I got home, I realized that something I had put on the conveyor belt at the cashier didn’t end up in my bag.
Target needs to get better customer service and product selection.

I’ve always been a huge fan of target, but I think this location is just OK.
I tend to never find anything great from target clearence or holiday clearance.
I prefer the Tacoma location for all those things because its less picked over!
Plus the parking here is not that great either since its attached to a mall.

This pharmacy is ATROCIOUS. I have been here 3 times now, and my prescription is never ready on time. Granted, it’s always been called in, when needed most… But on a Tuesday, it shouldn’t take 2 hours to put a standard prescription together. And if you know you’re going to close in 10 minutes for lunch (because you’re under staffed) don’t tell me that it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. Better personnel and management would make this place less of a train wreck. Not coming here again.

I liked the old location better, easier to find parking! This Target is attached to The Commons Mall (I still call it Sea-​Tac Mall) and is very clean and well lite.
If you could find them, the staff here are very friendly and the prices here are reasonable. We did find what we where looking for, so that is always a plus, I would recommend if you can to get the red card and link it to your bank account, as you will get 5% off your total bill.
Overall, this is pretty much like your normal 1 story Target store, other then parking issues I would recommend them.

Target it my go-​to when I need to find that one thing. This Target is super conveniently right off of I5 and attached to the mall in Federal Way. Great service and they also have groceries!

A girl named Ellie (hope I got that right) helped me buy jeans a couple of weeks ago. Not only did she help me find each unique wash and size, she was answering the Target phone on her headset the entire time. She was polite and efficient and quite the multi-​tasker!

This location gets moderately busy. I was just there on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty empty. But I notice their shelves do get emptied out on Saturdays because of the specials they have.
Staff is okay. Store is clean. Set up a little weird but you should be able to find things. I saw fabric softener at a end aisle shelf and I went into the aisles on both sides and couldn’t find detergent. As I’m pushing the cart is about 5 island shelves away at the corner of the store away from the fabric softener… weird right?
But thats all I thought was odd. Also annoying that this location didnt have a lot of small bags of diapers in stock for huggies =/

What’s not to like about Tar’jay?!? I love the familiarity of how the store is laid out and what I can really appreciate about this Target is the produce area. not all Targets offer that section! Even thou the produce section is limited and small. if I’m already in the store shopping for other things and need green onions or bananas or eggs or milk; I can quickly head to that section and pick those items up. The store is kept fairly well organized and the staff can be helpful if they know what they are talking about. I love finding the end caps with clearance items because sometimes you can find some really great deals on them. The electronic section especially the CD area can leave you with much to be desired because that’s where the pickings are VERY slim! Parking can be a toss up, depending what time of the day you go, but now that they’ve opened up that other section for where Kohl’s is suppose to be, you can get lucky with parking in that area and just walk over.
Word of caution: If you plan or happen to use coupons make sure you read the fine print. Some of the cashiers are not familiar with the coupon thing and think to only go by the picture they see on the coupon, which can be frustrating because that’s not the case with most coupons. Make sure you know what you can get with your coupon so that you know exactly how to make the transaction go smoothly!

They are better than Walmart but still self service –try and find someone. Also after ignoring it for a year — we finally signed up for the Target card only to be told a couple of weeks later our numbers have been compromised. Talk about a nightmare.
Another pet peeve of mine is why do they compare the Target Debit card (mine) to the State Welfare card. Why not have two separate buttons as most places.
They did not keep their shelves in the toy department stocked. They had one Lego promotion saying by one Friends set set and get a different Friends at ½ price. The only thing was they only had one Friends. I asked can we substitute or get a rain check and was told no. Friendly — nah. I have found similar issues before.

This Target location is attached directly to the commons mall. Like the entire mall facility, parking is scarce no matter what time of day or which day of week.
This location is a bit crowded. Not just the through traffic from the mall and people who think its fun to just walk around in target with no intent to make any purchases, but the isles seem tight and small. The clothing sections (women’s, mens, infants) racks are all very close together and crowded. This makes it nearly impossible to maneuver a cart. Other shoppers are all up in one’s space, too.
Sometimes the store looks messy and unorganized. This is not the store’s fault. Target is super busy and some customers can be rude/​slobby/​disrespectful.
As for customer service, I’ve experienced an array across the spectrum. Some employees are kind and helpful, others hate their job… But never anything as bad as Walmart. –that’s for another review.

Target is target.
I always have the most difficult time rating chains, although I still feel obligated to do so. This location usually has items well in stock, and the associates are always friendly here. I guess what I really like about this location is their cleanliness. I’ve been to my fair share of dirty Target’a and this one just seems to have it together most days.

This is a pretty average Target store. It’s always clean and has the products we need when we go. I have even started buying some of our grocery items here as they are pretty reasonable. We like the Target chain overall because it’s clean, organized and good deals on good quality products.
It’s where we go when we need anything other than electronics and groceries (for the most part).
