My teenage son’s favorite salon (the only salon he trusts now)! I’m so glad we found Lu and Julie. Friendly hairstylists that do awesome work! Thank you!!!

Loved this salon. SO SO MUCH. The lady who did my hair was just so kind and understanding. She was very patient and welcoming. And she did my hair just how I wanted it. Also I’m very picky when it comes to hair cuts. But she isn’t like the average asian lady who wants to give you a bowl cut. She made sure that my hair was healthy, but still long enough for me to like it. I recommend this place to anyone in need for a haircut.

Luu and Julie are amazing stylist. They really know how to texture hair to give it a sexy look, they also provide great products. For $ 15 a cut you can’t go wrong, best place to get cut in town! Great people as well!

This place is great. I got my hair done by Luu and he did a great job. Very friendly people too. First time going there and it was worth it. Got my hair dyed also. At first my hair look unhealthy, dry, and when I left my hair was cut and dyed beautiful. In the next 3 months, I will be going back to get my hair lighten. I recommend this place. They know what they are doing here. I PROMISE!

Don’t you just love it when you find someone who really knows how to do hair? The first time I went to The Avenue was for my daughter. She went in wanting to get bold purple highlights to frame her face. Minh didn’t want to damage her delicate virgin hair (she’s only 7) and introduced us to colored extensions instead.
The next time I went was for myself. I went from black to red, chopped 2 inches off, and got layers. Julie colored my hair and Minh cut and styled it. I showed Julie exactly what I wanted and she delivered. She provided excellent customer service. Offered me bottled water or hot tea, and brought me an array of magazines to keep myself occupied. When she washed my hair, I even enjoyed a nice head massage.
Before Minh cut my hair, he asked questions about how I usually style my hair, where do I part my hair, etc. After the questions, he made recommendations and showed me what he wanted to do and why.
Today I’m enjoying my new color and fresh cut! So like I said at the beginning, don’t you just love it when you find someone who really knows how to do hair?

The place is the best. Out of all the other hair salons I went to, Julie and Luu gave me the best customer service I had ever been given. Yes we are all vietnamese, so for them to open up and converse with me was more easier than the average person. Another reason why I love this place is because they aren’t scared of challenges. The first time I went into the building and showed Julie a photoshopped picture of the hair I wanted, she looked at the picture for a good 10 seconds then said I can do it. On the day of my appointment, I walked in and Julie wanted me to show the picture to her husband Luu. He looked at the picture and knew right away what color he wanted to use. He was very easy work with. I wanted to cut my hair in layers and there were so many ways to do it, but he is so good that he narrowed it down to a very good match with my face. The whole process took about 5 hours and it was worth it. Other places I went to would get a little skeptical on the bleaching of my hair that dyed black in the past. Luu knew how to handle it just fine. There were more details on the process, but that will take all day to explain. Overall, it was the best experience and service I ever had. I will continue going to The Avenue in the future.

I’ve lived in three countries over the years and nobody gave me a better haircut! Ask for the owner. Light touch, reasonable price and nice, new salon. Perfect haircut every time!

Making a phone all for an appointment isn’t a bad idea. They are always responsive and timely in their response. I’m not sure why the user Ruby Q indicates the Salon is never open, I’ve had no problem getting a haircut, as they seem to be open when I go.

This place is never open, I have been by this salob two times already. Its 930am now.

I love this place!!! Phi had done my hair cut several times and never go wrong with my style !!!
