XFINITY Store

Just cancel your Comcast account! Horrible service at this location. Long story short. When I walk in the early morning many of them were talking to each other. And not really happy to see you walk in and interrupting their conversation. And then … Screw up what you ask them to do…

Had occasion to visit the Comcast store on Friday (10/​02/​2015) to pay the bill & inquire about services (costs). Was greeted by Daniel Abrego, a Customer Service Rep. Comcast should promoted Daniel to management.
He is a real asset to the company, and provided me the best customer service I’ve ever received from any Comcast Service Center. He was personable, informative & extremely helpful in double checking my current service contract. Even printed comparison rates, showing me how he could save me a few dollars.
The savings were substantial, so much so I even signed up for the XFinity home alarm system and still walked out with a lower monthly bill. Wow! Totally amazed & pleased with the service provided by Daniel.
Unable to find a link on the Comcast/​XFinity site to write a customer review, so will have to call on Monday.

Went in today (Saturday) because for some reason there was a block on my address keeping me from having xfinity service, I was greeted quickly by the guy at the front of the store upon arrival, I waited maybe a minute or two before he called me over and directed me to a girl at the far left of all the desks, and she got me taken care of so quickly!
I was on my way out with my modem in a matter of minutes, she was very pleasant! The store itself is better than the ones in Houston Texas, for sure. And the customer service in the store was wayyyyyy better than expected.

I see a lot of comments for customer service of Comcast but not for this specific service center.
I went here to return some boxes and a modem due to an upgrade. I checked in, it was fairly busy and maybe waited 5 minutes and was promptly serviced. The guy named Daniel was nice to me.
I’m also not a huge fan of Comcast in general but for Internet it’s the best option where my house is. However, for this location, the service I was provided was good.
The rest of you need to leave reviews for the specific location.

I am very disappointed at the level of service given from yourselves and your company. I was supposed receive a phone call from you yesterday. However this doesn’t surprise me as your company to this day has shown me they have poor communication skills.
My name is C**** I called in June wanting wifi as I heard you company services my area. Your sales rep advised me on your bundle package and how great it was. I already have century link for a land line but thought to bundle would be best. I signed up over the phone.
Saturday June 27^th your tech came out to install the phone, wifi, and security system. When he arrived he told me that since I still had century link installed that he could not install the land line with comcast until I cancelled with them. It was a Saturday and I was unable to do that.
First concern the sales representative should have advised me on that so I could have made that happen. After all I called for wifi originally and he unsold me to phone and security. He knew I already had an existing line.
So the tech installs the security and wifi. That night I go to use the alarm and it will not set. It shows one of the zones is open. I check I find the front door. Upon looking closer the front door will not shut all the way so it will not arm. I try to call comcast but am unsuccessful at 11pm at night. I am able to finally get the front door to shut finally but it will not lock the sensor is wedged in the jam. I did not feel comfortable moving it as I may damage the system and or send a wrong signal to police.
It a great feeling to be in a new home and cannot lock your front door and or set your alarm. Next day Sunday they are closed no comcast available. Monday I have to work I sit on hold for an hour on my lunch break. I cannot wait any longer I have to go back to work so I have to hang up.
Tuesday I try again I only have a half an hour break some thing unsuccessful. (Still cannot lock my door or set alarm while my family is away from house-​horrible!!)
By Wednesday July 1^st while on my lunch break I sit on hold again I spoke with Sarah whom tells me after a 40 minute hold that she cannot cancel and will have to transfer me to someone else who can… Really my lunch is now over I am VERY frustrated, I ask her to have someone call me after explaining everything. She has someone call while I am at work and and they leave a message. Again POOR communication the lady says on my voice mail that she looked over my account and there are no upgrades for my service the call is from A woman named Les (I still have it saved if you would like to hear it)
So I get a chance to call again 7÷3÷15 after on hold for 35 minutes I speak with Janelle explain my whole story again… And she’s says I’ll have to transfer you to something who can help…
Story is getting old huh!
So I get transferred to Brittany who says they cannot have someone come out for two weeks to fix
No no no two weeks to fix my alarm and my door that locked before you came and installed your stuff!!! No!!!
I obviously upset she puts me on hold and offers discounts…
Really a discount will help my safety? NO no no
Then on hold again and says oh it looks like we can come out in 7 days now …
No no no
In fact never mind I do not want your security system please disconnect on your end and come to my house and take your product away I will go elsewhere.
Brittany finally advised me she has canceled the security system and the land line (that I never had installed)
A month later I am getting collectors calling from your company. What I canceled. They tell me no it is still active and if I can hold they will transfer me to billing.
No no no I AM NOT sitting on hold again.
So I go to your federal way location ⁸⁄₁₃ and there is an hour wait, really? The man advised me to come back at 8am in the morning for no wait time.
So I do… And I am told I need a manager to call me back and they are all in regional meetings. The representative also tells me he sees notes in the file that I have called in and have asked it to be canceled but he says no one actually did.
Here we are today and no call, big surprise right!
I have your cards and tried calling today and yesterday no answer on your cell phones.
Is this how you represent your company? Wow I am appalled.
My time is very valuable, I need this addressed. I don’t have time to come to your store

Customer service and technical support for internet or cable is ridiculous. I have bundle and for month now my internet drops a signal for wife randomly. No one helps, 6 transfers and no one says anything. All rude, no one speaks English enough to understand. Can’t transfer to supervisor and stuck with idiots who no nothing about the customer service they work for. If I recorded the call and could place it on here, you’d be astonished that this is what we have to deal with. After tech no show after waiting in my house in 97* weather today, I’m livid! Wasting another 2 hours for another possible no show for Monday, not wasting my Saturday. After nine more calls, I finally got someone to credit my service for month just for internet as that was the main problem. I mean if you offer a service it should work. Otherwise, don’t offer something. They got too big for their own britches. I suggest going with another cable company and such. We are in the process of moving in the next few months so once moved we will leave their cable and phone for sure and internet if we cannot find any other fast place. Too many years wasted with this horrible company.

It took us 4 days to get the upgraded box installed. This included two visits to this store and a total of 2 hours on the phone with them. To really kill the customer service, they told us no one would be out to our house and we were all set. Days later a worker randomly showed up and started installing something on our house! After talking to 2 people on the phone they tell me that is their policy. They could be by any time working on the house and they absolutely refuse to call first. They go inside your gate with your kids and pets and can’t pick up the phone to call. If we can figure out how to watch sports without Comcast, we are canceling. Worst experience ever the whole time we have had them.

Called ahead and was told to come in for an upgrade. waited 30 mins, and then when I finally get to the desk they tell me I need to make an appointment. Then the rep told me I waited 27 mins correcting me when I said I wasted 40 mins.
