Jiffy Lube

On Veterans Day F. L Roberts gave away free oil changes to Veteran. I thought I had read it wrong or there would be some kind of stipulation, so I drove over with my retired military ID and the flyer. I showed them my ID and got in line.
I told the guy I needed synthetic oil and I would pay the difference. He said no — MOBIL WAS FREE!!!
Wow! I was really thankful!
I waited outside for a while but then it got to cold. I went into the waiting room where they still had donuts and free coffee.
The inside was nice and warm. Inside they even had tv’s showing each bay, so you could watch your car.
The service people were really nice and did not give anyone a hard time. They were incredibly busy, as I am sure you can guess.
I will definitely be back.

Both my husband and I did oil change at Jiffy Lube’s Worcester store for several times, the experience there was always great. Therefore, after we moved into western Mass area, we still planned to do oil change at the local Jiffy Lube store.
Yesterday was the first time I went there, however, their customer service really annoyed me. The woman worked at the counter was rude and impatient. She asked me to repeat my address for multiple times, I spelled it slowly and clearly. However, in the end, she concluded «ah! your accent sicks!» just in front of me. I don’t know any professional or trained employee could talk with customers like this. That was a really hurtful experience, and I WILL NEVER go to this store again!
