Forever Amber’s Hair Styling

Sat in the chair a couple hours having highlights put in. The result was very disappointing. Nobody can see I’ve had them put in because it is too subtle. I was asked to go back to have more color put in. I wanted my hair done on the same day and not have to do it in phases. I won’t be back.

8÷28÷2013: After seeing the amazing job Andrea did on my children’s hair, decided to make an appointment for myself.
I’m so glad that I did! My hair was a nasty mess… overgrown, dry, dead. She worked with her set of magical scissors and voila! Great, professional and more age appropriate hair do!
I’m so happy to have found this salon. Will be going back every chance I get.

I had my hair cut and colored today by Amer after being frustrated by a different stylists coloring and conservative cut. I usually wear my straight hair in a severe A-​line and it is colored with a reddish brown hue. Amber was great. She cut and colored my hair and fixed a uneven problem that I was not even aware of. The entire day was $ 55. She does not take credit cards, but does take cash and credit cards. I will be ditching my other very expensive stylist in Santa Clara and going exclusively with Amber, because she is talented and worth the change. I should say that I also had my 10 year old daughter’s hair cut there two weeks ago and it looks wonderful and was only $ 15!
I encourage you to give her a try and see what you could be saving.

I had my haircut by Amber twice. Both times I just didn’t get exactly what I wanted. My hair is pretty difficult. I do have to say that I’ve seen some amazing haircuts that she’s done, just gorgeous work. Just I was just unlucky. Also, I asked her about the possibility of having high-​lights put in my hair. She talked about using a «frosting cap.» What’s up with these stylists who haven’t kept up & don’t use foil for high-​lights?

Amber is the only stylist who has EVER helped me grow out my hair. Every other hair cutter wants to chop as much as they can get away with. Forever Amber’s prices are extremely reasonable and the salon is very relaxing and characteristic to the SC mountains– love it and you will love Amber!!!

I have been goign to Amber for 6 years now. She has NEVER done somthing to my hair that I didnt like. I will now go in there with no idea what I want and I put full trust in her and she never lets me down. I go to her about once a month. Oh and her prices… sooo affordable. I am not kidding… super cheap. She is a very sweet down to earth lady. GO TO HER. really. she is amazing.

Amber is the best. Her knowledge for hair coloring and cutting is awesome.
I have the worst and hardest hair to deal with. Amber always makes me look great. Her prices are amazing. Hanging in her shop is always entertaining too.
