These guys are amazing. I had last minute out of town guests coming in and my dogs had a couple accidents on my carpet. These guys squeezed me in and made my carpet look and smell amazing!!. The guy that came out explained every step of the process before he did it and he helped with the cost. I thoght I would have to deodorize my whole area because of the pet smell, but because his machines have heaters that make the water super hot, he was able to pinpoint exactly where the stains were and just treat those areas. Also, the machine was very powerful, you could tell by how much dirt he got out and by how quickly the caroet dried. Also, they can bring their equipment right in your home so you do not have to leave uour doors open. Thanks AIM, I will recommend your company to everyone.

Horrible customer service. 3 cancelations 3 days, one due to weather. acceptable, others 2 recheduled due to a sick child and a broken down vehicle. Waisted several house of our time waiting for this «company» to show up to the appointments that they set. Don’t waste your time.
