Broke these glasses last night working on a car. Jokingly said, ’ can u fix these in 4 minutes?’ They did! Thank you, ‘Ladies of Clarkson Eye Care’ Fenton.

My first experience with Clarkson was when I went for contacts. I had a coupon for a free sample of a colored lens and was promptly told no, I had already gotten a sample.(No, I did not). But, after being shamed, I found the doctor to be decent. He tried talking me into getting some test that insurance wouldn’t cover to see if I had diabetes or anything. Uh, that’s why I have a medical doctor. I was told my contacts would be in on a certain date and went to get them, only to be told they weren’t there because of the holiday. Hmmm, the holiday was 2 weeks prior. This happened twice, and I finally called the main office. Gee, my contacts appeared that day. So, back I went again to get my contacts. My next appointment the following year went about the same… we have a test that isn’t covered by insurance to determine if you have diabetes or other. Again, no, I have a regular doctor. But we can tell you now without you seeing your doctor. I’ll find a different eye doctor next time. While I do like their doctor, I feel it’s all about how much they can get you to spend.

Nice folks. However, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes during a non-busy time, just for an eye exam. Doc, 25 minutes late and«machine broke». No apologies. No thanks.

I have been a patient of Clarkson Eyecare for nearly ten years. They have always previded excellent service and complete eye exams. This afternoon I walked in with a pair of cheap sunglasses I purchased elsewhere. A screw had fallen out and one of the lenses was loose. I asked the person at the desk if there was any chance they had an extra screw to repair the sunglasses. She took the glasses to the back room and came back in a few minutes. Not only were the sunglasses repaired but she had tightened the other screws and cleaned the lenses. She never asked if I was a Clarkson patient. She just helped me out. This is the kind of service that will keep me as a customer forever!
