Excellent at every level of the practice. The staff, PAs and doctors are all wonderful. They have always shown genuine concern for me and my family.

Not a bad place but part of a building that has urgent care on the first floor so it can be a bit of a freak show here sometimes walking through with little kids. Sick and well waiting rooms like any modern medical office. TV and toys and books which is good to keep the little ones occupied. But never had much of a wait with the fun stuff since most of the waiting is in the exam room, not out in front. Have seen several doctors here and most were very good with kids. Easy to talk to and generally respectful. Cannot recommend Dr. Jagler though. She gave my daughter a 5 day prescription of 10 day antibiotics for strep throat one time. When I called and asked her to fix it, she refused and said 5 days would be fine despite every single bit of advice I could find on the internet. Child got better for 5 days, then sure enough, very high fever on the 6th after antibiotics gone. Now my child has persistent strep and goes to the doctor every two months like clockwork with strep throat. Probably going to need a heavy dose of risky antibiotics or her tonsils removed to get rid of it. Don’t bother with Dr. Jagler and certainly don’t ever take her advice over your own common sense.

Fenton Pediatrics is a very nice office. They have separate well and sick waiting rooms. They have Saturday and evening appointments available, especially for sick kids. I have two small children(baby and toddler) that have seen Dr. Valerie(formerly Orrico) Kover since they were born. I like that they use CHADIS — an online survey-type system — so that you can answer a lot of questions about your child’s development before their well visits. They also have walk-in flu shots in the fall, which is nice.
