I went in this store a few years ago and spoke to a «Jamie» She turned down the item we were trying to sell … saying it wouldnt get the price it deserved in the store. First of all, how honest is that? I had to go back just the other day because my Mom passed away and she has a home so close to the store that it could really be a huge help since we sold the little stuff at a garage sale that we had. We asked for Jamie but it was SWAMPED in there and the owner helped us instead. She went over the contract and told me that they refuse to lie to the customers. If she didnt think something would sell she will tell you, so you do not waste your time loading it and driving there and then having to leave with it in your car. They are honestly so nice that I will never go anywhere else. I definitely recommend them to anyone wanting something slightly used at half the retail cost. I also recommend it if you have to get rid of a loved ones belongings due to a death. They sell it all for you(at a 50⁄50 split) But its better then a garage sale. I had 1 dollar marked on something my mom paid 69.99 for(the price tag was STILL on the box(that is how often it was used) and the garage saler was asking me to part with it for 50 cents. With Fratz she not only gave every item I brought in a fair price but she knew how to price everything because thats the business they are in. She has made such a difficult situation so much easier. Its not easy when a parent passes away, its even worse when someone doesnt see the beauty in whatever it is you have to sell. I cant say enough good things about this place. I do know(since I have or I am selling my Moms stuff there) that they do not take broken or molded stuff. You do not get someones junk. You get really nice things. Each item was inspected. I liked that. Oh– its asked at the bottom if there is bike parking… I rode my bike up there the first time. just be aware its on a gravel lot. But there is plenty of parking.

Great place to find unique items! I’ve also had good success consigning my items as well.

Lauren ain’t Lyin’!! Fratz is CRAZY!!! This store is absolutely ginormous with all kindsa hidden treasures all over the place. They have top notch furniture and do a great job of making sure it’s all of superior quality. They’ve got tools and dishes and pictures and frames and toys and bikes and books and just so many different things all over the place. The prices a pretty decent, especially if you get them on the 50% discount. Word of warning: Don’t sleep on your item cuz it will be gone when you come back.

This is a FAB store for looking for cool, retro or antique home goods. Big store, but as the other reviewer noted, won’t take you an hour to get through. The shelves are packed, the stuff is stacked and the prices are right… My kind of store for unique items! Remember to always wheel and deal a bit too for additional savings.

This is a great little consignment store just the right size that it doesn’t take you all day to look around. The prices here are very fair, which is what sets it apart from some of the others. Too often places that sell used consignment items treat everything like priceless antiques, which is so often not the case. You never know what you might find in this shop, but you will usually find SOMETHING you don’t know how you lived without.
