I love this place, and the people. I brought my five year olds psv in bc I bought a game from best buy (who refused to help me) and it had to be downloaded but I didn’t know how to do it.
Gamestop knew I wasn’t going to be purchasing anything, so I assumed they would send me on my way but the chick took about 15 minutes and basically took me on a step by step direction and helped me download the game right there for my son.
I’ve never shopped here before, my guy actually told me to go in and ask for help and I assumed I would get no where. They have definitely earned my business. With an Xbox 360, Ps4 and PlayStation Vita in the house, I am assuming the workers will be like my new besties soon
