This place needs an overhaul with nicer, smarter, kinder people who actually know how to treat people respectfully. In particular, there is a skinny shaved head idiot who runs his mouth off at people so disrespectfully, so stupidly, it surprises me every time I am in the shop. The way he treated this old man and middle aged woman the last time I was in their was stunning. The visit before last, I heard him airing dirty laundry regarding the owner of the shop openly and loudly in front of many customers, including myself with no regard as to who was listening. His boss would be horrified to learn the terrible things he was saying about him in public to his customers. He is a stupid, loudmouth jerk who makes everyone uncomfortable around him. These people have no manners and they talk to people without any respect. Eventually, it won’t matter how many guns you have or how good your deals are… Your business will suffer. Learn how to treat your customers with respect. Get rid of that jerk with the shaved head… He is costing you money in lost sales! I won’t be back!!!

Well I write this review referencing my experience quite some years ago being extremely negative in my most recent trip there being lackluster when I made the pilgrimage quite some years ago as a younger man I walked in there wanting a custom Ruger Blackhawk mind you I had a pocket full of cash that he did not need to know about due to what I assume was my age I received a rather lengthy lecture about the difference of single action and double action after engaging in conversation with this individual for quite some time and informing him of my knowledge and to his surprise the difference in cylinder rotation which he did not know in a certain manufacturer I expressed that I wanted my blackhawk and was willing to order it that day the seller then proceeded to try to talk me into a 454 Casull and a 357 magnum stainless saying doesn’t this look cool now if an individual comes into your shop requesting a single action Ruger Blackhawk and you attempt to suggest a 357 because it looks cool something should tell you you’re barking up the wrong tree it’s like trying to sell meat to a vegetarian after 35 minutes of trying to be talked out of what I wanted and stumping him on other revolvers I proceeded to lay a wad of cash on the counter which at that point in time for me was around two weeks pay and thanked him for the sale he talked himself out of on our recent trip the store has not changed at all is extremely dark and dingy and the staff seems to be less pushy but still highly opinionated there is a difference between imparting knowledge to someone who needs it or talking different uses for different applications or just forcing your opinion on someone else sorry just not worth the drive

If you’ve driven up US-23 or I-75 area in the greater Fenton area, chances are that you’ve seen the billboard advertising this place. I’ve been on a 10 months quest for .22LR ammo only to be shut out from Madison Heights to Mackinaw. However, curiosity killed the cat with me. I made a point to stop in at Guns Galore and YAHTZEE! they had plenty of .22LR ammo. Bought 200 rounds. Hindsight, I should have bought 500 instead but it wasn’t in the budget. This place is somewhat hard to find so plug it into your GPS. It’s not an enormous facility so look for the sign. However, it’s wall to wall firearms once your inside. Excellent selection of both new and used guns. I found the service to be much better than other gun shops I have recently frequented. They treat newbies and women very well here. Prices are competitive. At the time of my visit, they did not have a gunsmith on staff. No biggie but if you need to have any milling done or sights mounted, you’ll have to look elsewhere. No biggie, it’s not hard to find locally.

I love this place! The salesmen always seem to be very helpful and friendly to me and I’m a girl… which says a lot. I have been to other places where they are just flat out rude to women and sometimes even avoid helping you. This place has been great and I will continue to bring money to spend on fun things here :)

They purposely don’t answer their phone right now and they don’t have to because the patrons keep coming for fear of their 2nd amendment rights being infringed upon. The place is so packed that you feel like your waiting at the deli but there are tons of people ahead of you and your lucky to be helped even after an hour of being in store… but they do have an awesome selection. The store is dingy and dark, no bells and whistles but they likel have something you are looking for.

Do yourself a favor and if you are looking for a gun of any kind you really need to visit Gun’s Galore in Fenton. They have a HUGE selection and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I new what I was looking for and they had it in stock… They just pointed me in the right direction and the young lady that waited on me showed me the pistol that I eventually purchased, we filled out all the paperwork, she made the required telephone call and I was on my way with my new pistol and(2) boxes of ammo in about 45 minutes. I know I will definitely be going back to Gun’s Galore!

I had driven by Guns Galore dozens of times but did not stop until a month ago. I stopped again a week ago. Both times I walked out completely happy and with a new rifle each time. Thanks to Derek, very attentive, not pushy, knowledgeable. He found me exactly the rifle I had wanted to buy for a long time. The second time Rob helped me. Again, same good service, good prices, enormous selection. Well worth the drive(35 miles). I plan to go back again. Thanks, Randy. Keep the lights on and the doors open ! Anasazi Andy, old coot

If you’re shopping for just about any sort of gun, you owe it to yourself to take a trip out to Fenton. I visited Guns Galore for the first time not long ago, and I was amazed at the selection of new and used guns of all types and ages. This isn’t the usual collection of high capacity 9s and AR-15 clones– they’ve got just about everything you can imagine, be it for hunting, sport, competition, personal protection or whatever. There’s a whole case of nothing but single-action revolvers from Ruger, Colt, and many other makers. Rows of shotguns– doubles, pumps, autos, trap guns, upland guns– you name it. I was admiring a display of used S&W revolvers when a 1970 K-38 Masterpiece caught my eye. Condition was very good, and the price was right, so it followed me home. I arrived late on a Monday afternoon, and the store was very busy, but the staff were still considerate and helpful, and made sure everyone was attended to. One piece of advice a friend gave me on the way here that is probably good advice for any gun store: Don’t act like an idiot, and don’t pretend to know it all, and you’ll have an excellent shopping experience.

BANGBANGBANG!!! If you are looking for a new gun of ANY kind, go here. Go ahead and shop around at other locations but if you want it WAAAAAY cheaper, this is the place to go. They have lots of hunting supplies, ammo, and camo. My husband bought a Kimber 45ACP and it was $ 300 cheaper than anywhere else. I even got a really cool morel hunting stick!
