I used Dan’s inspection services for the first time recently and when he says he is thorough he means it! He walked me through every inch of the house that we could reach. He pointed out everything, the good, bad and the ugly. He was upfront enough to show his concerns and why. As a buyer it’s important to hear what maintenance issues had been ignored and what might be a problem in the future, in addition to current problems. I would recommend him to a friend in the same situation.
