If you’re looking for hot, fresh donuts this is the place to be! Go inside and watch them make donuts and sample a hot glazed! If you’re looking for a cup of coffe to go with them, you’re in the wrong place! A few weeks ago my son and I got a mocha, pulled away from the drive thru and was shocked at how terrible! I went again this morning for donuts for my daughter’s sleepover and decided to try again. Pulled away and took a sip. It was ice cold! Had to park and take it back inside. I watched her make me another, then watched her steam the milk and stir it in! They were obviously not trained as baristas, and not their specialty. My advice… the donuts are worth it but stop at Starbuck’s or even your local gas station on the way!

I have stopped at this Krispy Kreme store for at least 10 years on annual trips from Arizona to Chicago and back. Donuts had been great until May 14, 2015. Regular Glazed had half the normal glaze and did not taste right. I filled out survey and asked to be contacted by a human being. This never happened. I tracked down the President and sent him an email, he never contacted me. Here is his address if you have any gripes about Krispy Kreme. I fault Management in this situation. The president can be contacted at this address

The doughnuts are fresh but the attitudes are rotten. I remember growing up and going there with my family as a young kid. Not many places show how the product is made from start to finish like krispy kreme does, its safe to say its about the experience here than anything else. In one of my visits there; a bee had gotten into the facility. This isn’t unusual but was very appalling was the fact that the employees made no effort to remove the bee from the store but also thought it was funny and hoped it would sting a customer. My friend has an extreme allergic reaction so I had to get a bottle of insect replant and kill it myself. When I told this to the employee he said«oh that’s too bad you killed it, I like to watch it sting customers.» I remember being a young kid and working in retail customers service jobs like these but I could never imagine saying that to a customer and not taking a situation that could mean life or death for someone seriously. At this point I left the store with zero intention of returning. When I went back several weeks later hoping this little jerk was a one time incident I was sadly wrong. I brought another friend who hadn’t been there before to try it. I was planning on buying several for him and I but wanted him to try a sample to get the«experience.» When I asked the girl working for a sample for my friend and I she couldn’t be bothered to walk the 6 feet from where she was standing to the hot doughnuts that had made the journey around the doughnut carousel. Instead she was too caught up in her conversation with one of her fellow employees to give a damn. Doughnuts are the most consumer elasticity on the planet. In this industry you need to provide a decent product while not crapping on the customerin the process. This seemingly easy task is apparently no hole in one for krispy kreme!

OHMYGOSH. These doughnuts are soooo good! If you are in the area it is definitely worth the stop. The doughnuts here just melt in your mouth when you take the first bite. The staff here is very nice and they are very helpful.

fresh, hot krispy kreme melt-in-your mouth donuts are a little piece of heaven. most of the Illinois locations are gone — so anytime we are in St. Louis, we MUST stop by this location to pick up a few dozen. it helps that their drive-thru is open 24hrs even a few days later — i pop one in the microwave for 9 seconds and it’s heaven all over again. down to my last two from our most recent trip —:(until next time krispy kreme.

I know I am in the minority but Krispy is just Ok. I am not that impressed with the hype. Not bad, just ok.

I think people need to be aware that the Krispy Kremes in the area no longer typically fry their donuts. When that hot doughnuts sign is lit? It means they’re simply reheating and glazing them –_– Buuuut they have to fry them somewhere, right? Well, that place is here in Fenton. What up with that? So if you’re truly hardcore about getting freshly fried Krispy Kreme doughnuts, this is the location you’re gonna have to go to.

There are times I like to stop here and bring a box into work to share with my co-workers. Let be honest, there’s nothing like walking into the office first thing in the morning and seeing a krispy kreme with your name on it. :)

I have stopped at this Krispy Kreme many times over the years. I am working in a different direction now and don’t get by as often as I used too. The last few times I have been there the doughnuts tasted like they have been sitting around for hours and were not fresh. Today’s trip will be my last to this location!

Love the Doughnuts, hate the pain when I’m done. There is nothing like a warm Krispy Kreme to fill your body with sugar. These babies melt in your mouth. The problem is that you can’t just eat one, two or three. I eat them until I feel sick which is why I try very hard never to stop at this place even though I love it. The people working at the front counter always seem to be in such a chipper mood early in the morning. The offer a freshly baked dough nut before you even order. The place is always clean as well. If you have never had one, you HAVE to get an original glazed right off the conveyor. If you have had them, then you know exactly what I’m talking about. Yummmmmy!
