Had some of Mancino’s grinders just the other day for a luncheon, and it was scrumptious! A well known local favorite, this place makes sandwiches called grinders. They are a regional specialty, most of the combinations are standard fare, eg. Club, Italian, ham and cheese, roast beef, etc. They come on a soft sub bun, prepared with sauces and toppings. Every time ice eaten them they were quite fresh and tasty, you will find this establishment a welcome respite from the Subway and other sandwich chain menu offerings. I definitely would return and recommend this place, yum!

This restaurant is consistently delicious when you want a fresh hot sandwich. Everything is made to order, staff is friendly and fast. This is an ‘order at the counter and pick up when your name is called’ place, so it’s not designed to sit and enjoy your meal there, it’s mostly take out, which is exactly what I do. Though there are tables should you choose to eat there.

SLOWEST people alive. Tried to call ahead of time no answer. Should have gone else where. Ordered 2 subs, been waiting 30 minutes. Rude rude rude employees too.

Not sure what’s changed at Mancini’s in the past few months, but the pizza isn’t what it used to be. Last two times, the dough was undercooked. This time, when I ordered one with«light sauce» like I usually do, I get it home only to find that under the cheese, it’s swimming in sauce.

Mancino’s has my all-time favorite pizza. I live in Chicago and have to have it every time I’m back in Fenton… And usually we get one to take back with us. Their grinders are great too, but I rarely get past the amazing pizza.

The best grinders ever. When I don’t have a taste for any kind of food, Mancino’s hits the spot. Their Italian grinder is my favorite. The bread is fresh, soft on the inside but crisp on the outside, so you get that crunch. Love this place!

A quality sandwich and cheese bread to match. The food is a little greasy, and I doubt anything here would be considered on the lighter side. But if you’re looking for a filling sandwich with all the fixins made by people who know what they’re doing, this place is for you.

If you’re looking for comfort food, look no further. Mancino’s is a franchisee owned chain of Italian Oven-baked Sub and Pizza restaurants. This particular one is as good as any ‘grinder’ shop I’ve ever eaten at. They make everything to order, the food is delicious. They also have a lunch special(I haven’t seen at any other Mancino’s). $ 6.00 for: * A «½ sandwich»(Bigger than a 6inch @ Subway, and as filling as a 12inch at other sub shops). * A piece of Garlic Bread or a bag of Chips * Fountain Drink Can’t recommend them more if you want a filling, heavy sub.

I’ve been here several times over the past year or so and have always received excellent, friendly, and courteous service from the staff there. It’s nice to see the owners behind the register too. I recently received coupons for free food for them for my birthday and I was quite happy to redeem them. One was for a free 18″ grinder(plenty for 2 people). I didn’t need to purchase anything else and the staff didn’t sneer at me when I simply got my free birthday grinder. In fact, they all wished me a very happy birthday. What a great attitude! Love this place. If you need a reasonably priced place to eat, visit here!

Mancino’s grinders are awesome. I haven’t found another sandwich-type item like them anywhere else. They are a cooked on long pieces of bread and the cheese is melted over all the other ingredients(so if you want your sandwich sans certain items, make sure you mention it when you order or you’re going to have a heck of a time removing them yourself). I always get the turkey grinder with honey mustard. YUM. The grinders take a few minutes to bake, but they are always well worth the wait. There are a few other Mancino’s locations(I think East Lansing and Traverse City?), but this one is my favorite. Perhaps because a few of my friends and I have traditions that involve eating here. In case the grinders aren’t your thing, the pizza is delicious, too.

I can’t believe no one has written a review for Mancino’s of Fenton yet. This is actually the only Mancino’s I’ve ever eaten at, but why mess with perfection? The food is always hot and fresh. The cheese is perfectly melted on the grinders, and the pizzas are huge and flavorful. They offer a wide selection of specialty pizzas for any appetite. I love the Pride. It’s an «everything» pizza, but with Mancino’s fresh ingredients, it’s the best. The staff is always friendly, and I often see the owner and his wife working right along side everyone to help make the business a success. I love it. Plus, my cousin and her husband met through working there! I miss Mancino’s of Fenton when I’m away at school, and when I move away from the Fenton area, I’m sure I’ll miss it even more.
