Marshall Nursery

I went to Marshalls three weeks ago to pick out two tree‘s to be planted for my Mother and sister that passed away. I picked two nice white oak trees and the man with me marked the trees as sold. One of three trees had galls and had been grafted. I told the man that I didn‘t want that one for sure. My employees picked up the trees and planted them where I wanted to go. When I went to put the makers on the trees for identifying them as my Mothers and sisters trees, I noticed that one of the trees was the one that had been grafted and had galls. I called Terry Marshall to find out what happened and he first told me that he had to use my tree on another job. Then he tried to tell me that they were the trees I had picked. When I said that I had already purchased the tree and why did he take the tree I had picked? He said I could bring the tree back for a refund. Now mind you I had already planted the tree and wasn‘t about to dig it up and bring it back. This was a large that I paid close to $ 200.00 for. Terry Marshall couldn‘t have cared less that I had already paid for the tree. He was extremely rude and one of those know it all‘s. In my opinion this man is not to be trusted. He sold something that didn‘t belong to him. What would you call him?

They have a great selection and decent prices but the customer service is aweful. If you can get someone to answer the phone they will most likely be annoyed you called, and may tell you they have things they don’t.

I went to quite a few nurseries in the area before Marshalls, many were nice, some were ok. Marshalls is great! The selection of different plants and sizes is perfect, huge but not overwhelming. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and on top of everything the prices are very reasonable. Price wise they were the best outside the big box stores, but the quality was far superior. Go here, you won’t be disappointed.

I have used these guys for several projects (irrigation system, drainage system & a concrete pad for my shed). Great work for a great price. They installed my drainage system, & I was impressed by their work that I had them install the irrigation system. They used high quality material for the drainage system. Later on, I hired them to build a concrete pad for my shed. The pad looks gorgeous! Due to a building code, the shed has to be anchored to the pad. So, they had an ingenious way of anchoring the shed without making it look fugly. The irrigation system works great! Hefty water bill, but keeps the lawn looking green in the hot summer. Great selection of plants & other gardening goodies.
