New Systems is the absolute best. These folks are the epitome of exceptional customer service. They understand what customer service really means. They do exactly what they say their going to do, when they say they’re going to do it, and exactly how they said it would be done. My experience with them has always been great. And Joe, this guy is as good as it gets. Walks you through exactly what he’s doing and why, offers tips and suggestion for maximizing performance as well as how to extend the life of your equipment. I got paired with New Systems from my home warranty company. And decided to use them when my furnace needed replaced. They were courteous and fast. And always on time. I would highly recommend them. Have since signed up for the maintenance inspection program. This was the first time Joe S came to our home and he was so amazing person very knowledgeable and friendly.

These guys are the best! Dale & Jerry make a great team. They treat people and each job with respect. They carefully put together a plan to upgrade and expand our ductwork system during a complete «gut» and remodel. Call them, you won’t be disappointed.

We had New Systems HVAC come out to our home today. Joe was our technician. He was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgable, even going above and beyond to get me a quote on a humidifier that needs replacing. After getting the system up and running, he notified me that he would be submitting a claim to my home warranty company to replace a leaking coil. Overall, I am very pleased with their technical service as well as their customer service. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company.

I’ve used New Systems for AC and furnace maintenance on two occasions. Both Jerry and Joe were friendly and knowledgable, and never aggressively pushed any service I didn’t need. They eased the anxiety of this homeowner newb by talking me through what to expect and things I should be on the lookout for. Joe also installed a Wifi thermostat and it was painless! I’ll continue to use them in the future and recommend them to friends.

I cannot even begin to say how much I appreciate New Systems. We had someone come to our home from New Systems a few years ago via our home warranty company, and were extremely impressed with not only the work they completed but their level of customer service as well. When we filed a claim for our AC unit with our warranty company (HSA) on 6÷6÷15 we requested New Systems, but were assigned to another company and were told that requesting a specific contractor was not possible. After over a month of wasted days on hold, and countless calls between HSA and their chosen contractor, I filed a new claim with a supervisor at HSA and insisted on New Systems. I spoke to Sheryl, she sent Joe out the next morning to diagnose our unit. After one more week of battling HSA with Dale in my corner I am relieved that after almost 40 days we will have a functioning AC unit tomorrow! Had we been assigned New Systems, or bypassed HSA and called them ourselves, it is my belief that this would have taken days, not weeks. The work has not even been completed yet, but based on our previous experience coupled with the outstanding people at New Systems I know the service will be nothing less than stellar. If you want something done right the first time, you want New Systems!

on 6÷17÷15 Keith with new systems came to my home and did a Wonderful job… let me first say it was a Looong Rainy day and yet he was running late getting to me due to the rain in all, but he did not even cancel me till the weather permits. Instead he showed up just as eager to help me fix my a/​c and did not mind the weather conditions at all, and it did not sweat him one bit… he works rain sleet and snow… he is the most professional person and very meticulous and authentic about his work. he walked me thru what was what and fixed the problem. it was just a faulty cheap part that he fixed and has been in the best condition ever since… i found him thru my home insurance warranty and he is simply the Best!!! :-) before leaving my home we had a small chat about life’s interests and he is a truly genuine person, a good man…~M.B.~

Hands down best service experience I have ever had!
My tech was Joe and he not only was extremely kind and respectful with a positive attitude. Being new to the midwest, I was not very familiar with heat pump systems. There was water leaking from the unit and I filed a claim with my home warranty service who matched me with New Systems AC and Heating to complete my claim.
Being new to a city, in my experience at least, home repair service companies tend to be hit or miss especially when you are under a warranty who only have select companies who they choose to contract with. I can’t express enough how please I am that we were paired with New Systems AC + Heating.
Our tech, Joe really went the extra mile to explain to me how my system worked and answered every single one of my questions that I bombarded him with. He was thorough, worked hard and gave helpful advice/​tips on ways to best run the system to maintain its high performance and extend its longevity.
In fact, I was so impressed with the service, I called the company after the tech left to let them know how outstanding i thought there tech was and I am not one to usually do that.
Their receptionists are also very chipper and upbeat and very accommodating to any needs or requests I have made. All in all, a very impressive company that was knowledgable, provide good work, go above and beyond for their customers and are fair and honest.
They earned a loyal lifetime customer and I will make it a point to recommend this company in the future to friends, colleagues and neighbors.

I’ve trusted New Systems with the maintenance of my home’s HVAC system for the past five years. Dale, Jerry, and their entire staff are professional, prompt, and courteous. I have them out frequently for routine cleanings, and even had them replace my outdated system last year, which has kept things just the right temperature ever since.
Is New Systems the cheapest company out there? No. But they’re not the most expensive, either. They have, however, earned my trust and respect.
