Powerhouse Gym Fenton

I was a member since the gym opened and I recently terminated my membership because of the bad vibe and the new owner (Kevin) that came in. Although he cleaned up the place and made some nice layout changes, he never bothered improving his own personality and still remains difficult to work with for memberships. He is offensive and rude and I would never recommend anyone getting a membership there because he will make sure that your needs are not met. He apparently has trust issues in his own staff and has to do everything himself involving terminating memberships, but then is unavailable when you need to get something done so you have to work around his schedule. The previous owners and staff were so much nicer and the gym felt like a much happier place. This guy walks around like someone crapped in his Wheaties every day.
