Print sites has been nothing, but amazing for us! They have an easy to use software and great templates to pick from. There support team is wonderful, especially Melissa. I would recommend any company looking to start an ecommerce site with a purchase/​check out backend to look into Printsites. They will be there from the beginning to end with online support as well as phone support. I felt like Melissa was in the office with me since we had daily calls. She would do webex calls where I would be able to view her screen. I give PrintSites 5 stars!

Terrible customer service! Tried doing business with them back in January but unfortunately for them, they lost a good account. The phone number listed for support is an automated system that redirects you to the website. Funny how that works. So I emailed and called. Still no response! IS THIS COMPANY IN BUSINESS? Do yourself a favor and find a different print solution!
