Satisfied customer right here. Im new to bow hunting and now I’m confident I have what I need. This place is really cool inside lots of mounts hung up. I really had no idea how to pick a bow the guy had really good information about the different brands. I wanted a light bow and I ended up buying a bowtech. Crazy light 70lb draw smooth as butter. I got to shoot it and the guy set it up and dialed it in.

The positives:
nice local store with decent selection of archery supplies.
The negative:
what started as exceptional customer service worthy of 5 stars over a period of a few weeks turned into their 1 star rating. Ordered something for my nephew as a Christmas gift, was aware it was on back order per the agent at the store but it should arrive at the store in about a week. Christmas passed, with hope by the store it would arrive before New Years. The store agent offered to call and get an update on the products arrival. Despite my two calls to the store, no one has returned my call providing an update that they were going to get.
Tried to shop local but no more for this location. Back to the big box store which does have good customer service.
