Great place to start or help grow your business with a second office, like I did. The Hive understands what it takes to grow a small business and is there to help you along the way. Very inexpensive to rent a space, all the office needs right there as well, printer, scan fax, wifi or hard lines. Very laid back atmosphere, but still a professional area to help you grow.

I absolutely love the Hives 44 event center!!! This was a great place and the owners were extremely nice and professional. The were very helpful and fixed anything we needed help with. They helped us set up our decorations and allowed us to use their computer port to run our power point. This place overall was very nice and affordable. They also allowed me to use any decorations I wanted as long as they were not damaging to their venue. The furniture throughout the place was in great condition. I also loved how I was able to bring in my own food and desserts. Thank you guys for such a great experience!!!

I am a small business owner who used to work out of my home; distractions abounded and I found myself looking for an affordable place to work. I was referred to the Hive44 and stopped in and never left.
Some come and stay while others use the facilities while their business grows then move on.
Comfortable chairs, couches a wide variety of desks & work spaces make this an ideal office. Meeting spaces for one through one hundred are available.
Great location just moments away from the HWY 270 & 44 interchange makes this office 20 minutes from Downtown, Chesterfield or St. Charles.

Rather your looking for a satellite office, a storefront without the excessive expenses or a place to conduct a meeting/​presentation, The Hive@44 is Absolutely the BEST office experience!

This place is fantastic! The HIVE takes the co-​sharing concept to a new level. The owners offer small businesses multiple options to rent different spaces, cubicle and offices. Members get a real street address for their mail, access to meeting rooms, a professional place to meet clients, copy machine, wi-​fi, coffee, refrigerator and much more.
The HIVE has many networking events and educational seminars. Members can hold their own events in the space as well as meeting with clients and vendors. The owners are very accommodating and helpful.

Great networking and co-​working environment for any business owner! You can rent out space-​it reminds me of a coffee shop where I can go to get work done without being side-​tracked with the cofffee! Great space to check out!
