These guys have a great selection of vitamins, herbs and supplements! The staff here is excellent and will always offer advice if you ask for it. I always leave this store wanting to come back!

I was staying overnight in Missouri and noticed this store while looking for an auto repair shop. Being vegan and on the road, you’re pretty limited at gas stations so I stock up along the way at various natural spots and Whole Foods. The Natural Way carries a nice selection of supplements, teas, tinctures, and food. Also Carol, the lady working, was extremely nice and helpful. We ended up in conversation about nutrition, crystals, and I mentioned an issue that I was having with my car while still being 1600 miles away from my destination. I grabbed some vegan cookies and Yerba Mate’ and then drooled over the vegan candy bars but couldn’t decide which. She recommended the ChocoLove Almonds & Sea Salt in Dark Chocolate. I’d seen that bar many times but never imagined it’d be so good. It’s now one of my faves. She also recommended that I take my car to her personal mechanic who took care of the issue affordably and accommodated my dog who travels with me. Before I left she wrote my name down to send me good energy for the road as I left. I am happy with the overall experience.

The products are very expensive but Carol is very helpful in finding what you need. She provides great literature and tips on natural health. She is also a Christian. Great plus for Christians who want to patronize With other Christians.

I was at Fleet Feet on my lunch break to pick up a few items, and I decided to stop in The Natural Way, which was just a few doors down. This is a small health foods and vitamin shop, with a nice variety of food, drinks, and supplements. The Natural Way has lots of items that fit specialty diets. There’s a vegetarian/vegan section, a gluten-free section, etc. If you’re looking for an obscure health food ingredient, you’re likely to find it here. Goji berries? Check. Cacao nibs? Check. Vegan chocolate chips. Chia seeds. Veganaise. Blackstrap molasses. Nori. Check. Check. Check. Check. Check. They even had a few bottles of kombucha. Yum. I’m addicted to this overpriced fermented tea drink. So why three stars instead of five? The service SUCKS. There were two people working in the store at the time(one in the front, one in the back) and both were extremely unfriendly. When I went to the front to ring up my items, the woman working the counter was too busy yapping on the phone to pay me any attention. Finally, she rang me up while still on the phone. Didn’t say a single word to me the entire time. How rude! *said in the Stephanie Tanner voice*
