The carpenters worked very hard and were accommodating in installing our new shed. Unfortunately, before the shingles were up, it was realized we(the customer) had picked out a color that didn’t match the roof of the house. My husband spoke with the factory rep and wanted to work out something. We were told that the shingles would be installed no matter what and we could pay to take them down and reinstall a different color. We are only 30 minutes from the factory and would have willingly paid for a courier. Unfortunately, we were not given a chance for this option. All the rep would discuss is that the project had to be on schedule in order for the next shed to go up tomorrow elsewhere. We called corporate that evening, but were told local made the money decisions. We sent an email on their website anyway, but have not heard back.(It has been over 24 hours at the time of writing this review.) As a side note, it appeared a robo dialer did leave a message on my phone today to invite me to an exclusive sales event.(I’d originally inquired via the web about their sheds, but chose a local rep later.) Overall, It would appear that the strengths are they have a strong desire to help you purchase a new shed and the contractors on the job really want to deliver quality. However, a little extra customer care from sales during the installation would have been warmly welcomed and expected. Edited 8÷14÷20138:57 p.m.
