Where do I start I rent a home here and the rent is unbelievable As I stated I RENT! If anything stops working or there is a leak or if the roof comes off I am charged for maintenance of their home! Water leak under the house you are responsible for the repair or they charge you The water is a well we are billed from their main office they charge you $ 10.50 for postage please see photo…$ 20.00 for Tyrone sewer assessment oh wait it gets better another fee for the parks sewer plus the water bill … Awful place to live no where to store anything such as boats or campers and nothing for the kids here not one play ground… and why I have one star is because I can’t post with out it they deserve nothing
