Genuinely Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff, Well-​Stocked Retail Store
Overview:
Perfectly situated across the street from a great microbrewery and restaurant, Ferguson Brewing Company, sits the store front for Ferguson Bicycle Shop. The shop sits on the first floor of what appears to be a well-​kept historic building.
Service:
I cannot speak for having any bicycle repairs performed here, but the two gentleman that I spoke with at the shop on my visit were quite friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
For folks who are more in to bicycle touring, I think you would be especially inclined to stop here. One of the gentleman I spoke with that works here is versed in the activity and an enthusiast.
Selection:
Offering both used and new bicycles for sale, along with a myriad of bicycle accessories ranging from shoes, helmets, and apparel. For the both novice and experienced bicyclists, I think you will find what you need.
Side Note:
Being a native of South Saint Louis, I always thought Ferguson was on the «other side of the Earth». After my conversation with folks at the shop, they are just a short 10 miles from Forest Park.
