Days Inn N Orlando/Casselberry

AWFUL HOTEL! DO NOT COME HERE! I have waited a few weeks after coming here to write my review just so I could get the frightful sight of this «hotel» out of my head. The sheets had stains on it and the bathtub also had stains in it. I found a cockroach under my pillow before I went to bed. The front office staff were rude and disrespectful, the wifi didn’t work and the hotel breakfast was disgusting. There were homeless people who lived there, and the hotel grounds had trash everywhere. bottom line is: DONT COME HERE THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!

Please read all reviews for 2013 prior to booking your stay. I have witnessed ALL the negative experiences that previous travelers discussed. Ask about cancelation or early check out BEFORE booking your stay!!! The Hot Breakfast is a lie, unless you consider frozen waffles and a toaster a hot breakfast. You will be charged $ 3.33 daily for using the old, worn out mini fridge in the room. There were stains of unknown origin on the pillow and sheet. The comforter had hairs of unknown origins on it, infection control issue anyone? The hotel management was very short and defensive when the dirty bed linen was brought to their attention. You would expect that a business in the Hotel and Restaurant Management industry would be more receptive to its patron’s concerns, not so much with this management. This hotel is independently owned and is very loosely affiliated with the Corporate Days Inn. I have tried going through corporate, but they have no authority over this hotel. I will be submitting a compliant to the
website. We will not be returning

I wish all hotel service people could take a page from the Days Inn staff book. They were so courteous and helpful, giving us anything we needed, from toothpaste to a cord to connect to the internet to a key when we locked ourselves out, and more… all without a groan or anything. We even watched some news with them in the morning at the front desk :) Also, the room wasn’t too bad. There wasn’t a fitness center or anything, but our room was facing the back and very quiet. It was a very pleasant stay, and only $ 57 a night!
