Very disappointed. Stopped in to discuss charters in the morning with the agent. She told us of the next time it left. We asked what time to be back. She told us 2 pm. She did not offer a reservation or give any indication it would be a good idea. We came back before 2 and she Asked if we had a reservation. Told us they were sold out. This really limited our options for the afternoon. Very rude to have not provided us better information and offered us a reservation. I am very disappointed with you customer service.

Hands down, this was the most memorable moment of my trip to Amelia Island. Just a stones throw from my resort in the sandy dunes of the wide and open beach, a super friendly tour leader greeted us, and in minutes we were saddled and ready to trot. Highly recommend this experience!

I really enjoyed my tour with these guys. For the Cumberland Island tour, they’ll take you by boat past downtown Fernandia Beach, the fort, and by Cumberland Island. There’s a lot of history that I never knew about these places, and they do a great job of keeping you entertained while giving you a lot of history. It’s a little pricey, but a great tour to take when you’re visiting!

Great tour and sight seeing to be had. It’s not cheap, but the history you get from the our really can’t be had any other way. Definitely worth your while if you’ve got $ 45 or so to drop on a 2 hour tour.

Thoroughly enjoyed the adult cruise in late summer. The sunset was beautiful at Cumberland. We enjoyed out beverages leisurely, listening to a mix of 60s-70s songs played live. Pajama Dave was funny, entertaining and professional. It’s a good night out!

Staff was friendly. Very accommodation. We left right on time, the ride was easy and the boat captain was very knowledgeable about the area. It was a very relaxed tour. There was water available and a bathroom on board. The only drawback was that my son wanted to see dolphins but none were sighted. The history of the area was great was great though. The captain allows children to take pictures in the captain’s chair.

A fast-paced action filled tour this is not, but if you’re looking for fun facts and a relaxing boat ride it’s great. We learned about Amelia and its surroundings, saw a bald eagle, wild horses, and dolphins, and learned about the not-so-famous Fort Clinch. On a cloudy day when you’re not keen on heading to the beach, this tour was a great way to spend the morning.

This was a fun boat tour — we did the sunset cruise where you can bring your own drinks and food. We met some fun people on board and they even had a band to set the mood. Since it was more of a «booze cruise» they didn’t get into too much explaining of the wildlife and surroundings but I’m sure if you were interested they would be happy to tell you as you sail along.

We did the 1,5 h cumberland island tour yesterday. After waiting for a «late» arrived group of 15 people(they had to fill the boat…$$$), we departed for wat I call the Fernandino industrial pormoting tour. More than 50% was about the paper factory and the former harbour activities like shrimping. We passed all kinds of old buildings and YES, we also saw a dolphin fin. The bumpy ride into the inlet gave us a view on fort clinch, which was never under attack and which didn’t accomplish any memorable thing, so there is few to tell about. We didn’t see any wild horses on cumberland island and we did’t see the carnegie mansion. The tour was above all VERY slow: our guess is that they just wanted to save on fuel. All in all, our inpression was that we have been ripped off: 2,5 hours of valuable vacation time and a loss of $ 102, definitely NOT a good value and NOT in proportion to the delivered prestations. We will therefore ban crappy Fernandina Beach out of our memory and we will certainly NEVER go back!

The boat tour was a wonderful treat and they were even open for Easter. Captain Pajama Dave has been in the area over two decades and is knowledgable about not just the wildlife but also the surrounding area. We saw wild horses, dolphins, and were told interesting historical anecdotes of the islands. However their«military discount» was pitiful. You have to show up before they’ll give you the price and it’s only a dollar discount. Literally, they gave one dollar off my husband’s ticket stating that the discount only applies to the active military member.(Military dependent ID’s do not receive a discount)

Captain Pajama Dave has a wealth of information about the area and is so humorous. We went on the 10:30 tour today(2÷14÷12) and we were so impressed with his in-depth of knowledge about everything from the mating of the horses on Cumberland Island to the home of the nuclear subs in Georgia. Looking forward to going on other tours with him. Pam, Gary, Sheila

Very nice, relaxing and informative tour. The tour guide tells you many interesting facts about Amelia Island and Cumberland Island while touring on this relaxing pontoon boat while the captain points out wildlife and other bits of interest. The captain slowed down to give us time to take as many photos as we wanted and was sure to point out anything else he saw of interest. The tour guide was very knowledgable, at times amusing and spoke clearly so you could hear and understand her. I would go again and would recommend this to any other visitors to the island.
