Lowe’s Home Improvements Warehouse of Fernndna Bch

This store is not in the same league as the Home Depot just a couple of miles down the road. Employees in this store are not friendly or helpful. When I walk through Home Depot almost every employee asks me if I need help. NO EMPLOYEES in this Lowes asks if I need help. Not on just one occasion, every time I go in there. Last time I counted how many employees passed me and did not acknowledge me and that number was 8. GO TO HOME DEPOT, it’s just a short drive from this store.

After meeting with the Lowe’s Designer, Pamela Goyette, 2 days ago and telling her we needed the design by today this is what I received. It shows a lack of concern as well as bad business practices. This is the 3^rd kitchen we were going to do with Lowe’s but at this point you have lost our business unless you can miraculously recover from this terrible service.

«The kitchen designer I had requested do your design is off today but I am checking with the second designer to see what’s been completed on it.
Since you will be doing the installation and only purchasing the product from us, I will be turning the project over to kitchen design instead of going through me since I am involved in work that our general contractor performs, which includes installation and demo.
Also, I was corrected this morning that since you are doing your own installation, we will not be able to go out and measure initially. We will use the dimensions given to us and only provide the measuring service, and responsibility, when we are installing the product.
I apologize for the error in information.
The countertop, however, will be priced and after the cabinets are installed someone will come out and template at that time.
Again, I apologize for the miscommunication. As soon as I can get with the cabinet designer this morning we will know when the design can be emailed to you. Huge Lowes warehouse store … If Lowes carries it then they have it! Unless the supplier is out of stock, love the various selections of hardware home items. Great clearance items to choose From too.
Staff are helpful when you can find them available. Garden center is vast, well organized, and abundant in plants, flowers, fruit trees, and veggies — along with everything one needs to make their garden grow.
As a warehouse store, there are lots more inventory choices on the floors & isles to select from than regular locations.

But then, everyone else we encountered was also extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgable.
