Megabite

Deryck was very friendly and helpful when I called about the «Black Screen of Death» on my Windows 10 PC. Yep they were familiar with the problem! So, rather than throw the damn computer off a cliff, I dragged it over to Megabite.
«Had I backed everything up regularly as I was supposed to?» Umm… well… uh… hmmm… maybe not so much. You know that look you got from your teacher when you tried the olé «dog ate the homework» excuse? You think he’d heard this stuff before. So I admitted that I was just going to lose some stuff because he was going to have to reload Windows 10. Deryck gave me the short version of the back-​up lecture and added a program that saves everything in the cloud to my computer.
Anyway, I got my fancy computer back the same day all fixed with the lovely coating of dust that I had been growing blown off and everything carefully wiped down with alcohol. I think he may have even waxed the top and sides.
A very patient guy who goes over what he did and makes suggestions geared to your skill level. If you don’t know much about computers he is willing to explain everything– so no panic!
Done well, done quickly, and priced reasonably. What more could you want?
