We have used Tami and her taxi service for years! She’s always our first choice. She has helped everyone from ages 3 to 90 years old and has been fantastic, timely, safe and fun every time. Highly recommend! Can’t imagine anything less than 5 stars.

8 Flags provided my girlfriends and I with great, reliable transportation this past weekend. Tami was already there waiting for us when we arrived at JAX and got us to the Omni in a timely fashion. She even took a little detour for us to stop and run a quick errand! We used them again to go to downtown Fernandina one evening. When we left on Sunday the other driver was early again and got us back to JAX with more than enough time to get through airport security. Thanks again for the great transportation this past weekend!

Always late for us. This time– we were left high and dry and would still be waiting if I had not called. I have used them exclusively now I’m done. Don’t use.

the trip to the airport was fine, driver nice and polite. coming home no. we were not given clear instructions for pick up. i would suggest this service as well as others hand out PRINTED instructions for pick up. the driver did not have our cell to call us, i was emailing and calling the number on the card but not responded to until too late. we do not travel by air often and certainly unaware of new laws at the airport regarding pick up. we did get a ride home with another service for 30 dollars cheaper.

This was a repeat stay for me at Omni Amelia Island. I once again used 8 Flags and they were amazing! We had occasion to use their services several times and we were assisted by 5 different drivers (including Tammi) and they were all friendly, extremely helpful and very well versed in the goings-​on on the island, Fernadina Beach, etc. They provided great dining recommendations, stopped at a Walmart for us (no extra charge), bought me a soda from a vending machine (with their own money, when I didn’t have any change), picked us up one time and handed a lady in our party a diet-​soda because, on an earlier trip, that driver overheard the lady say she wished she had a diet-​soda.
Use their services!!! You won’t be disappointed! These are my «go-​to» folks. Jerry W.

Give these guys your business! We were there on vacation with an office of 18 ppl and they kept up with each one of us! Very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas, food, nightlife, etc… Tony was so fun to ride with! These guys will NOT disappoint!

Never showed up!
I arranged this service for my mother from the Omni to the Jax airport. Her flight was at 545 am. We called the night before and confirmed the pickup time for 4am. At 410 am the driver called, already 10 minutes late, saying she slept through her alarm and would be there in 20 mins to pick her up. She had to check a bag and she never would have made her flight! We had to scramble and wake a very kind family member in town for the same wedding to drive her to the airport. She barely made it to her flight, but no thanks to this service. Terrible reliability.

I called every taxi service on Amelia Island one weeknight and they were all closed. I finally reached 8 Flags and was very pleased that Tami arrived on time in a clean van, was courteous, and even gave me tips regarding arranging transport back to the airport the next morning. I will definitely be calling 8 Flags first when I am back in town next year!
