I have driven past the one 7-Eleven in our little town for twenty years. I’ve been put off by the clientele I see in the parking lot. But after seeing a show about 7-Eleven recently, I decided to get past my biases and see if their coffee is everything they make it out to be.
The store was a lot cleaner and well-maintained than I expected. There were several types of coffee on (someone was even tending to it when I arrived). For a mere $ 1.49 I walked out with a really great (and hot!) cup of coffee. Maybe I’ll grab a bear claw next time.
The spell has been broken.
