Went here right after they opened, blew me away. Food mimics what I’ve often found in Mexico, very authentic and genuine food and the prices weren’t anything to complain about. No concerns here, will be back when passing through.

Perfect simple and authentic. The carne asada tacos were exactly like we would expect in Mexico. The service was excellent and the place was clean. Upon arrival we were treated to a commentary taco. That really surprised us. The chips were good, and the salsa was homemade and tasty, though a bit mild.

If you seek out taco trucks looking for an authentic taco, you’ll find it here. Paco and company run the truck of the same name found in Bellingham. This is where you’ll find their kitchen and the same great deals. The burritos are huge. They have a large selections of meats as well as vegetarian options. Their salsa is homemade and expertly seasoned. They bring up chipotles from California because they can’t find the ones they like in Washington; that’s the kind of dedication to detail that makes a difference. That chipotle sauce is excellent, deep and smokey. Give this place a try. Its much, much, much better than the overly-hyped competitor around the corner.
