Called them to pump our above ground, 300 gal septic tank. They charge $ 320 + tax. They charge for our RV (60gal) holding tank $ 60. This is the son of original owner who charged $ 50. And the son was rude and obnoxious. Truly a sump sucker!!!

While the technical work may be good the company does not provide good customer service. Over the course of two weeks I personally interacted with five different employees in regards to the scheduled job. At the end of the day I was not treated in a respectful manner by the office manager. This company needs to refocus on their service to their customers and treat their customers with kindness. Overall I was very disappointed and would not recommend Baker Septic.
