I stopped in here with my girl for some costume and bachelorette ideas. It’s clean, the staff was helpful and they’ve definitely got the couple-​at-​play gear in spades. Thanks for the tip Deborah… I got my discount LOL.

I stopped in here the other day for a bachelorette gift. It’s been years since I’ve bought any gifts like that. I have been in the Farmington Hills (or is it Redford?) location on Grand River/​8 Mile since I used to live in that neighborhood. This one really isn’t much different if I remember correctly. I think the stock is pretty standard for this type of store. It’s amazing how expensive some of the stuff is and it’s total crap. I know that’s pretty much how it is everywhere.
I was on the phone with my friend while I was shopping. Two guys entered and they were trying to sell perfume from their little suitcases. One of the guys interrupted me while I was talking to my friend. I had to tell him that I wasn’t interested several times. I could hear them hassling other customers and the employee. I was dreading the end of my conversation because I figured they’d try again. Luckily, that didn’t happen.
The reason I’m giving this 3 stars is for the employee. She was so incredibly sweet. She greeted everyone and offered her assistance. She was happy to answer questions from customers. She really had great customer service skills and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. If only she could tell people to leave when they are haggling her customers! ha!

Whew! I love this place! My favorite location of Cirillas around. So much fun stuff to look through. The employees are always friendly and cool to talk to which in a place like this is nice. Also they will answer any and ever question that you have about anything in the place. Very informative! I suggest asking their opinion because they will know the feedback on a certain product and they are usually right.
